“Emilie is a gem. She took care of our three kitties for an entire week. The three have different personalities, and while one is an extrovert and enjoys everyone's company, another is apparently a handful to anyone he does not know well. She gave him the space he needed to warm up on his own terms. Her communication with us was excellent and she took great care of our furry babies. And we found the home pristine when we got back! Could not have been more happy! We will ask for Emilie's services again next time we are out of town. I absolutely recommend her!!”

About: I’m a huge animal lover that sadly can’t own my own dog in college, but still loves to be surrounded by them from walking dogs at shelters, caring for friends and families pets, and doing doggie day outs at the shelter. I’m going into my senior year at TAMU on the Pre-PA track and working part-time as a caretaker in the Bryan-College Station area for the Summer. I would love the opportunity to hang out and give love and company to anyone’s dogs who needs an extra helping hand, especially since I have so much free time on my hands right now. I have experience from puppies to older dogs, and personally have anxious dogs back at home who aren’t the best on the leash. Additionally, I have lots of experience, walking a wide range of dogs from the shelter. I volunteered at for the past few years. I work part-time as a caretaker totaling only about around 10 to 12 hours a week and only in four hour shifts, so even if I am working that day, I will still have plenty of time to visit and care for your doggie! I have personally dealt with having a puppy at home that at any chance tries to eat anything and everything. Safety is always a number one priority so making sure all items are out of snouts reach and that there is constantly water available and only administering proper amounts of food. I also know the importance in exercise for a dog so I will be there for that too!

About: I have owned all kinds of animals all my life. I have had a wide variety, but at the moment care a cat, a parrot, a bunny, sugar gliders, rats, fish, and of course my dog. I was a dog walker for a bit and have pet sit for friends. I have taken care of senior dogs with stricter demands and also little puppies with lots of energy. I love animals and will treat your fur child as if they are my own. I just graduated from college and am taking a year off so will have more time to petsit. I will be able to drop by whenever needed and work around your routine. I can follow whatever needs you place for your animal in your home. My animals have a variety of demands so I understand that every animal has different needs.

About: When people ask me whether I am a dog or cat person, I tell them "both!" I love cats and dogs of all temperaments and needs. I grew up with pets -two stray kittens and several older rescue dogs - and have been one of their primary caregivers since I was 10. I have cared for my friends' companion animals on various occasions over the years. I can do drop-in visits to keep your furbabies on their normal routines, and I am happy to housesit if they prefer lots of company. I am a local A&M graduate student in my 5th year of the program. All of my summer duties (i.e. research, teaching, writing) are online, so I have a very flexible schedule. I can't host in my home out of respect for my roommate's cats, but I am happy to stay with your cats and keep to their normal routines. I take detailed notes and will stick to your instructions!

I’m up early, love structure, and can be consistent with walks, drop-ins, and care. I always send regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away. While I don’t offer boarding, I’m happy to provide in-home care, drop-in visits, and walks. Whether your pet needs exercise, companionship, or extra patience—I’ve got it covered. My schedule: I’m currently working a very flexible part-time job and taking online summer classes, so I have lots of availability! About: I am currently a second year veterinary student here at A&M, so I am very knowledgable on animal health and behavior. I have been taking care of animals for my entire life, so I am open to any size, type, or any level of specialized care that they might need. I can also help with nail trims, anal glands and administering medications! This summer my schedule is very flexible, and only have a few weeks blocked off due to my externships that I need to attend. This allows me to work anytime that you might need! I currently live in an apartment, so that’s why I am currently not offering boarding. However, in a client’s home I will always make sure the pet is cared for while keeping you home clean and organized.

This year, I turned my lifelong love for canines from dogsitting, dogwalking, dog owning, and dog therapy teamwork into full-blown Dog Training Certification. So, know that is also an offering. And I lightly whisper to any and all dogs I come in contact with. I am also a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, so if calm is what you need, my calm leader energy is at your service. 🙏🏽 I used to own a half-husky named Zephyr who was the light of my world, and my Therapy Dog teammate. Unfortunately I had to let him go at 12.5 years in the summer of '25 as he became suddenly ill. We would walk and hike 2x a day. This directly correlated to why he looked so youthful and possessed such intelligence, because he was exercised. So even if I exercise your dog, I hope you also get to partake in this ritual for the physical and mental well-being of your baby. Not to mention for your bond! I establish my leadership calmly, and then I greet your dog. I like to take them outside for relief / exercise or a walk and upon our return, we top off water and food. If I am allowed, I like sitting with or playing with your dog, and massaging their big joints and paws, so they feel cared for. Then if time permits, I stay in the same room and do some of my own work so they can feel my presence for a good chunk of time before I depart/they are left alone again.
