About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for 5 years. I love walking dogs and playing with the animals when house sitting. I always ask what the owners want and follow their instructions. For house sitting can come multiple times a day. Bringing good energy and ready for a walk or play time. I work part time but can come any time on Monday, Tuesday, and can do walks Wednesday through Sunday before 3:40 pm. I am always on the go and love going on beach walks or just walking around the neighbor hoods. For house sitting I can check on the animals through the day and after work can spend the night or do a night check. I take care of our neighbor dog and two cats when she is off traveling. Usually come in the morning and feed animals and play with them. Then I take the dog for a beach walk or we go on a jog in the neighbor hood. Then I come back around lunch and get all the zoomies out check on them and play with them. Then I go before work and after work to let them out and check on them. Before work we usually go on a 20 minute walk just to get them outside. The cats usually follow us on the second walk.

About: Ive grown up feeding and walking my family dogs my whole life. I’ve pet sit for my neighbors and family friends dogs and cats. I love all animals and know how to handle all personalities of them. I am currently home from college, I go to California State Long Beach and am free for the summer all days of the week for pet sitting! About: I have been a pet owner my whole life. My family's first pet was a cat who preferred to be away from humans. Living with him taught me how to respect the reclusive cat while still providing a loving environment for them. The second pet I grew up with was a highly energetic and profusely anxious weimeraner. She taught me how to work with larger dogs with high energy and how to help calm their nervous system when she got over-excited (which was at least once a day). In college I volunteered at a local cat sanctuary where I cleaned the enclosures while the cats were still in them. I interacted with cats who were on the entire spectrum of sociabiltiy ranging from big sweet baby energy to very feral. I currently have two cats that I adopted. I have had to give them rounds of medicine and have had to learn the best ways to administer it. I am also at their command for whenever they want attention, which is at least once an hour. I am available most days and times Monday-Friday. I am also an early riser! Weekends I have less availability as I am training to be a pilates instructor. However I will be available after 5:30pm. I ensure that all pets that i have watched have a clean and comfortable environment to live in. When I drop in on dogs, the first things that I do are look for any accidents (especially if that is known to be an issue) and then I make sure that they have some fresh water. I also make sure to give them a little treat if that is allowed as well. If there is a yard I will let them out and supervise them the whole time, or just give them lots of scratches instead if thats what they prefer. I will pick up any and all poop that I find and ensure that it is disposed of properly. For cats I do the same thing and make sure that the litter box or boxes are scopped. I also ensure that the area around the litter boxes is maintained particularly if a furry friend is inclined to really throwing around the litter. If cats are out and about while I drop in and want attention, I will make sure to give them all the pets and scratches they desire. If they are on the independent side, I respect that and let them decide of they want to interact or not.
