About: I’ve lived with big dogs my whole life, and been relied on to bathe, feed, walk, play, and spend the night with many family and neighbors dogs. I’m currently a college student so Fri-Sun are when I can spend the most time with your pups! Still, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I can help out however needed after 1pm! I am great at following the pups routines, and can crate- or cuddle them! I send photo updates, and make sure even the weary ones feel safe!

About: I’ve always loved animals, specifically dogs. Since I can remember, I’ve always had animals. Growing up we were limited, but once I was old enough I’ve had multiple at a time. I work from home, and so does my partner. We walk our dog at least 4 times a day because she’s older and needs more potty breaks. My dog roams free but if you need me to crate, I can. We live by the dog beach so we like to take our girl often! We don’t have a yard but we have a beach.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs. I care for any dog just like I would care for mine. They rely on us. I’ve had my dog for 9 years. I’ve taken several training classes with her and continue to use what I’ve learned today. I walk her using a gentle leader and practice waiting at doors and crosswalks. I work in an office and I will use any excuse to get outside once I come home. I’m free before 7am and after 4pm Monday - Thursday and anytime Friday through Sunday. I also offer house sitting (2+ hours) but cannot do overnight. Please let me know if you need me for the day and I will adjust the rate for you. My dog is the best way to get me out of the house even when I don’t want to. Mental health walks are my favorite and having a dog as company is the best. My dog is my best friend. She’s may not be a cuddler but I care for her in the way she needs.

About: I joined Rover in October 2025 but I’ve been caring for animals for decades and have a deep appreciation for the comfort and companionship they bring. Before joining Rover, I was (and still am!) the go-to resource for friends and family who needed cat, dog, and house sitting. Now, I’m excited serve the Long Beach community :) Whether I’m spending time with a playful pup or a senior, I’m committed to providing attentive, reliable, and compassionate care. I can also provide care in the early or late evenings, working around dinner and gym time. For house sitting requests, I am currently able to offer spending 8-10 hours with your pet during the day, but am unable to offer overnight care at this time. I do my best to keep pets comfortable by sticking to their usual routine. I follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medication, training, and anything else they need. I’m careful with doors and gates, clean up after them and myself, and send updates so you know how things are going.

About: Hi I'm Lucy! I'm a lifelong dog lover who grew up with two Lab/Shepard mixes my whole life and 7 years of experience of dog care! I'm a huge dog lover, and this past year my husband and I adopted a German Shepard/Great Pyrenes/Aussie named Bodhi from the animal shelter - and he's my best friend! I have experience training dogs of different breeds and can read dog body language very well. With my dog, I have done extensive training including potty training, basic commands, recall, E-collar training, and more! When taking care of your pup, I treat them as my own and make sure I tailor my services to what works best for them. As a fellow dog owner, I understand how important your guidelines and expectations are for your pup, and their safety and happiness are my top priority. I understand how hard it can be to work full time while having your furry bff at home. Whether you have a young pup or old soul, I'd love to help you take care of them so can have peace of mind and they can have fun! I'm currently working part time and obtaining a yoga teacher certification, so I have plenty of free time! I'm my schedule is free on Monday-Thursday for hours between 6am- 6pm. I am not available for any Friday-Sunday work due to my yoga teacher training. I love taking my dog to the dog beach at Long Beach and as well as going on long walks! When I'm caring for your pups, I make sure they will get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. As a dog owner of a very active breed, I know how important it is to burn their energy and stimulate their brain! I will never push your pup to the edge of their comfort zone - and know the body language they portray when they are uncomfortable. I will always talk through your expectations and how we can collaborate to take the best care of your pup at the very beginning of their care. As a dog owner I understand that your directions and expectations for your dog are the most important thing!

About: I've had dogs my entire life—they've always been part of my family. Over the years I've owned and cared for small and large breeds, including rescue dogs, and I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs. Since moving to Belmont Shore, I've missed having dogs as part of my daily life. Becoming a Rover walker lets me combine my love of walking with spending time with dogs while helping busy owners know their pets are in caring, dependable hands. I'll treat your dog like family and make every walk safe, fun, and tailored to their pace and personality. Dog walking fits naturally into my daily routine. I'm available for early morning walks (7:30–8:30 AM), lunchtime walks (12:00–1:00 PM), and longer evening walks from 5:30 PM until sunset. I already enjoy walking every day, and I love having a four-legged companion to explore Belmont Shore with. My goal is to provide your dog with a safe, enjoyable walk and give you peace of mind while you're away. About: I've always had a strong love for animals. Whether soft or scaly, feathered or fluffy, animals make life special and more meaningful. My love for pets started with a cat, then a hamster, more cats, dogs, and a fish here and there... Nowadays you’ll probably find me with my two orange cats and a Scooby Doo dog. In addition to drop-ins and sittings, my pet/animal care experience includes volunteering at PetSmart and the SPCA of Long Beach. It’s been a joy to care for all the many pets and animals throughout my life! I work full time Monday through Friday but am open some weeknights after 5pm. I’m also available on some weekends and holidays. My pet care routine includes feeding, walking, grooming, and playing. I love feeding and giving them treats, playing, and going for walks. I also love downtime and cuddling. I will follow your care instructions, be respectful of your home, and provide detailed updates on how your pet is doing.
