“Great walker, super communicative. Leaves my pup pooped! Came down with a cold and she was able to walk Avery with very little notice. She is always so accommodating. Thank you!”

“I love working with Christopher! He’s diligent, responsible, dependable with his communication and so gentle and sweet w my Rosie! She’s just recovering from surgery so he took extra care with her to make sure her meds and potty schedule adhere to the doctors orders! I will keep counting on Christopher to be there for Rosie in the future!!”

About: I have cared for my own dogs from puppy age til senior age and even through hospice care. I know how to administer meds and special foods including Sub Q fluids for illnesses like kidney disease and EPI. I am dedicated to making sure your pets are well taken care of because they are apart of your family. I go the extra mile because pets are the epitome of unconditional love. I am currently working full time from home, and take care of my senior dog with EPI needs. I enjoy being a foster periodically when I have time. I currently live in an apartment, and prefer to crate to keep dogs comfortable and provide a safe space while they get acclimated to the change in their environment. I live close to many nice areas for walking and also the dog beach for more exercise.

About: There's never been a time in my life that I haven't been surrounded by plants and animals since my childhood! In my adult life as a long-term Long Beach (and Idyllwild) resident, I've fostered and cared for countless dogs for myself, family and friends. Caring for pets, plants, people and homes are things I love the most and I would love the opportunity to learn more about your family's care needs. I'm a real estate agent with a flexible schedule that's always in / around Bluff Heights and Long Beach. I have property up in the San Jacinto mountains (in Idyllwild) where I love spending free time hiking and hanging in the forest (especially during the summer). We have a large (8k+ square foot) yard with a dog door where our dogs have access during the day. They enjoy being in the garden with me chasing squirrels, lizards, butterflies and birds. We also walk our dogs at least once a day for a couple of miles. I check the yard daily for "remnants" that need to be discarded and/or any trash and potential debris (dead birds and animals) that may present a risk to pets.
“Sam was very friendly and communicative. We had a meet and greet before the walk to introduce and go over everything. Sent a picture and gave me an update on how the walk went which was also great!”

“Leigh-Ann is honestly the best dog walker I’ve ever had! Her communication is amazing, and she is always so thorough and thoughtful. My dog absolutely loves going on walks with her, and he is always so happy when I come home, which lets me know he had a great walk. She always gives him treats, belly rubs, and makes sure he has everything he needs before leaving. I truly appreciate how caring and reliable she is, and I highly recommend her!”

“He's working with my dog It was traumatized by being taken from my condo to the pound. I really appreciate this dog walking service I'm hoping to get my dog to realize when it's taken out it's going to come back!! Raymond was perfect!!”

“Chris was so accommodating and personable. We had a little mix up in addresses (all my fault) and he was so flexible and committed to taking care of my big boy Gus. Chris went out of his way to make sure that Gus was taken care of. Definitely will ask for Chris for any future dog walking needs.”

“Elise was able to walk my senior pup who can sometimes be grumpy and challenging to deal with. She worked with her to befriend her and made her treats that she absolutely loves. Thanks Elise!”

About: Hi! The names Lilah. I have a total of about nine years of professional dog care. I've had three or four years of experience in dog day care where I was a dog care supervisor, I've walked, fed/given medication to, and have handled dogs on and off track. I've been a dog walker on rover for over five years now. I will be sure to tire your dog out if he/she needs it, and take perfect care of them if you need to take a break for whatever reason! I have plenty of experience with cats, I grew up with kitties from birth! If you're looking for someone you can trust, you've found her right here! I know finding someone you can rely on to watch your fur babies isn't easy. Thanks for putting your trust in me, you and your babies will not be let down🥰 I am in school part-time, mainly online but sometimes I have in-person classes, but I have the rest of my time open to the dedication of taking the best care of your pup or kitty! I am extremely vigilant when it comes to animals; I know how to handle most situations and have a natural tendency to bond with dogs. I keep clients updated at all times with texts, pictures and videos to ensure their comfort while away.

About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember! As a teen and young adult, I would often offer to walk roommates' or friends' dogs because I enjoyed spending time with them. I’ve helped people and dogs of all sizes and ages, from puppies to senior dogs that need a bit more TLC. I developed an interest in dog psychology to better understand how they communicate which evolved into helping train friend's dogs until I adopted my own Staffordshire Terrier in 2014. When I adopted him, he was very weary of people and had a hard time socializing with dogs. Fast forward to now (and lots of lots of research into dog psychology and training), he's in a place where he enjoys meeting new people and other dogs! I'd love the opportunity to work with you and your pup(s)! I'm currently working a flexible part time schedule, so please reach out and let me know what you are looking for and let's make it work! Let me know how you take care of your pet and I will be happy to do the same! While new to Rover, watching, walking, training, and overall loving on dogs has always come easily to me. And as a dog owner myself, I know the importance of being confident that your dog (and home) is cared for in the way that they need when you're not around.

About: Hi, I’m Ronnie ☀️ I’m a fitness-loving, detail-oriented dog walker with a soft spot for spoiled pets, long walks, and making animals feel safe and loved. I believe pets deserve calm energy, consistency, affection, and a little luxury too. Whether we’re going on neighborhood walks, relaxing after playtime, or sticking to your pet’s usual routine, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Caitlin was friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire experience. She kept me updated and made me feel confident that my dog was in great hands. What really stood out was that after the walk was completed, she went above and beyond by returning to my house to turn on the air conditioning for my dog after I realized I had forgotten. That level of care, thoughtfulness, and reliability is hard to find. I truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing my dog was being cared for by someone so responsible. I would absolutely book with Caitlin again and recommend her to anyone looking for a dog walker.

My dogs seemed to absolutely lover Trevor! They had a great walk, and Trevor was extremely helpful and responsive. He listened to special requests like avoiding other dogs, and made sure my dogs had the best time on their walk. Will definitely book again, thanks!
Had a great first experience with Doris! She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, asking nuanced questions that showed she truly cares about providing quality, individualized care. Her interaction was warm and genuine, and my big puppy immediately picked up on that—she felt comfortable with her right away. It’s clear she takes the time to build a real connection with the dogs she works with. I’ll definitely continue using her and highly recommend her to others!
