“Doreen is a gem! She scheduled a meet and greet with our dogs, and she spent nearly 20 minutes calming down our grumpy, anxious alpha dog. From that, we knew we were in good hands! She reliably showed up for their walks, sent great updates, and was responsible with our home. Highly recommend!”
2. Anjelica V.
“Anjelica always does a great job when she dog sits/walks my pup. He’s usually shy, however, opened up to her fairly quick and she always sends multiple pics/updates. Highly recommend her for any of your dog needs.”

About: I’ve always felt a strong affinity and love towards animals for as long as I can remember ❤️ It’s beautiful how we can build such special relationships with a cat/dog or other pet! I’ve worked in an emergency animal hospital for two years as a vet assistant. I can handle and love on dogs of any breeds and any size, cats too! Any special needs your baby requires, I can handle as well. Medications, personality quirks, anything your dog/cat needs is my top priority. I’m currently going to school full time and this keeps me busy Mon-Wednesday, however I have plenty of time to take care of your baby from Thursday throughout the weekend. Having worked at an emergency animal hospital for two years, you can rest assured that your baby is in the best care possible. I own four cats myself, and I will treat your dog/cat as my own as we get to know each other :) On a side note, I would love to take a pet portrait of your baby! Photography is one my hobbies and I would be happy to gift you a beautiful picture included if you book me for house-sitting! Examples found in my account photos. 😄

“We highly recommend Cristina. In our experience, Cristina was incredibly warm, dependable, professional and responsive. Not to mention, our pets LOVE her. While traveling, we had complete peace of mind knowing Cristina would take incredible care of our new puppy, cat, fish and stray cats. She's simply the best!”
7. Nolan T.
“Nolan has been a great dog sitter for us. Our dog Hazel absolutely loves him and he’s so good about keeping in touch with us and sending photos while we’re away. Our dog gets really anxious whenever we’re gone but she always seems comfortable around Nolan. He’s very good at caring for her specific needs and she definitely knows that. He follows our instructions well and makes sure that Hazel is well taken care of when we’re gone”
8. Cassandra R.
“Cassandra has been so amazing with our puppy. She is reliable and our puppy looks forward to seeing her which says a lot because animals know good people. Our puppy is happier at home than at a doggy hotel. Cassandra follows our walking and feeding schedule she even spends a little extra time playing or cleaning up messes or accidents our puppy has before Cassandra’s visits. I often get pictures of my puppy during her visits which I have become so fond of.”
9. Amanda D.
“Amanda has taken care of our rescue pup many times over the past few years. Our dob can be very skittish around new people but took to her fairly quickly. She has stayed at our house when went on vacation and has also taken him to her house when we were going to be out late, sometimes for a sleepover. Amanda is a huge dog lover and takes great care of her furry friends. She is easy to work with, very responsible, communicative and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend her.”
10. Karla M.

About: For the past two years I have fostered two senior dogs with special needs. With these two dogs, and in addition to my dog, I was responsible for three senior dogs over the age of twelve. The white Terrier in my photos is blind and wears diapers. The Cocker Spaniel in my photos is deaf with no teeth. The two foster dogs are back with their owner, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of going the extra mile for those two. For the last six years I have been the primary pet sitter for one of my neighbors who has four cats and two tortoises. The cats are two Bengals and two Siamese, all over the age of ten. No special needs, but they are very custom to a feeding routine. Same for the tortoises who are ages twelve (30 lbs.) and thirty-three (65 lbs.). They do not hibernate, so when I do pet sit, I make sure their heat lamps are in tip top shape during the winter. I am here on Rover because I simply enjoy animals. I want to be that extra hand for pet owners who would like to take a vacation or tend to other personal matters knowing that their pet is in the care of someone who is empathetic to their pet's needs, who pays attention to their pet's body language and nonverbal communication, and will go the extra mile to keep their pet comfortable until the owner comes home. I am a homebody. My preferences on my days off from work are to take the dog(s) to the park, dog park, beach, and for rides in the car. Exercise is everything for dogs, and I enjoy being that outlet for them. I take pride in maintaining a comfortable home. I have a large back yard secured with an eight foot fence, and I have a lot of trees, so I get a lot of visitors (raccoons, squirrels, rats) that will keep your pet entertained from above. I work full-time from home. I enjoy dog walking during my off time whether that is during my lunch break or when I have logged off for the day. I I have a large back yard with a secure fence with lots of privacy, lots of birds, and lots of squirrels that will keep your pet entertained. At my home, and at clients' homes, I always ensure doors are deadbolted, and gates are secured, and before I open any door, I make sure pets are either leashed or nowhere near the door I am exiting.
12. Jasmin F.
“Jasmin is the absolute best! She’s super friendly and reliable. She has taken great care of both my dogs several times. My dogs love her and I know they’re always in great hands with her”
13. Jun S.
“Jun has loved animals since a very young age and animals of all kinds seem to gravitate towards Jun. Jun has cared for many family pets over the years from Chihuahua's to Bird Dogs and made friends with all of the neighborhood cats. Your pet will be in loving hands when cared for by Jun.”
14. Kayla G.
“Kayla was great with my rambunctious Dalmatian! She ensured to tire her out each walk. I received several photos and a detailed description each time. She even asked before treating my pup to a pup cup, which I thought was very thoughtful. I would definitely use her in the future!”
15. Nikol A.
“Nikol is amazing with our dog, Ellie. Ellie loves to spend time with her when her parents are away. Nikol is professional, trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly a true dog lover. I highly recommend Nikol for your dog care needs!”
16. Alex C.
“I have three very hyper miniature schnauzers who are a handful. Ariana has been caring for them for about six months now she does really well with them and they actually listen to her! They get so excited every time they see her walk to our door. She is always very active with them And takes them on long walks and bring them back very exhausted you will not regret booking with her.”
17. Paul O.
“Reliable. Friendly. Punctual. And my pupper loves him. Everything you could possibly want in your dog-walker. I will certainly use him again.”
18. Darla S.
“Darla is wonderful! Great communication, very attentive, my dog loved her, and I’ll defiantly be using her again.”
19. Nelson B.
“Nelson is by far the best person to trust with your pet. I have an older pit bull that is very loving towards humans but reactive towards other dogs. Nelson is very experienced in handling all types of dog behaviors. Hiring Nelson to walk your dog or care for it while you’re away is a lot better than paying petsmart not knowing how they treat your fur baby. It is a guarantee that your fur baby will be well taken care of and treated like that baby they are. 5 stars for Nelson!”
20. Harleigh M.
“Yes harleigh is a great dog sitter , she has taken care of my 5 yr old papillon name Mia , even thru when Mia had her accident that she need it to be monitor on daily basis, helping her by taking her out to go pee, feeding her with a syringe, changing her padding and making sure she was hydrated. Now my Mia and harleigh have a special bond , every time Mia sees harleigh , Mia goes crazy over her .”
