About: I have owned or cared for 4 legged friends for most of my life. Family and friends have had me care for their pets since I was about 12, but owning my own really made me love them. I am comfortable with pets of all sizes, but I have a special place in my heart for larger breed dogs and orange cats. I would love to help reinforce your dogs training, encourage socialization and exercise in settings such as the dog park, neighborhood walks, and stores, and am passionate that animals are part of a family. I am comfortable feeding both dogs and cats, and have experience medicating both. I'm a stay at home mom with a kiddo who is in elementary school, so my schedule tends to be flexible depending on the day and school schedules. Please be aware that if a visit or walk is scheduled on a day that there is no school, (such as a holiday or vacation), or a time that school is not in session (half days, weekends, or after school hours) my daughter may join me. I love going for walks and exploring new areas, but can also happily cuddle a furry friend. I am able to feed, pick up after, and care for animals with confidence. I am comfortable taking instruction and will do my absolute best to make sure that you are happy with my visit with your furry family member. I don't worry about bigger dogs, they're just more to love! Meeting a new dog prior to the first visit is a requirement for my services.
About: Hi! I am an experienced pet owner (cats, dogs, and one mouse). I’ve also worked part time as a dog walker and pet sitter for dogs and cats at various points over the last 15 years, establishing great relationships with my clients who used my services on a regular basis. Years ago I helped care for my roommate’s adorable Cocker Spaniel, feeding him, playing with him, leash training/walking him, and administering medication. I can do most days and times between Monday and Saturday, house sitting, check ins, or dog walking. I am careful to follow all instructions you provide to ensure your pet is well taken care of when I visit. When visiting a client’s home, I make sure pets have what they need (fresh water, fed on time, clean litterbox, potty breaks and walks).
