When I got home, both Abby and Artemis were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Throughout the entire stay, Annabelle was incredibly responsible, responsive, and dependable. She kept me updated, replied quickly to messages, and paid attention to all of the little details. Caring for an injured dog takes extra patience and compassion, and she handled Abby’s recovery with genuine care. She was amazing with my babies! One of my cats are really old, blind and on medication. She made sure he had his meds on time, ate his food and was comfortable. My second one is much younger and she played with her and sent me videos and pictures of them while we were gone! I definitely will be booking with her again.
