“So, I base my satisfaction with the person from Rover based on how my dog acts once I get home. If he is happy to see me but is right back to normal after that then I know that my Rover walker did a good job. This is exactly what I got with Arrielle. My "Pooper Dog" (real name Milo) was very excited to see his family all come home and gave us lots of love for about 30 minutes. After that, he was laying on the couch like we never left. Another green flag for me was that Arrielle was very honest about her busy schedule and asked if her arriving 30 minutes after a scheduled time was okay. Most people just show up late and don't care. Arrielle made sure before we ever finished the booking...I like that type of accountability. Arrielle was very thorough with her notes and pictures which I also appreciated.”

“Alex is a very responsible and pet loving person. He took very good care of my dog Adele when my husband and I were away, he even went further to help water my plants in which I appreciate so much. He always made Adele ate her food before he leaves, and he also tried to avoid other dogs while walking Adele since Adele is not friendly with other dogs. Alex was very meticulous, he will stand by water for Adele while walking her in a hot day and he will try walking Adele under the shade too . About: I’ve dog-sat, walked, and/or fed over 10 different dogs. I’m experienced with many different ages, breeds, and sizes. I thoroughly enjoy learning different feeding, crating, playing, and activity schedules for all pups. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule as I have resentful just graduated from College. I’ll be staying home or nearby the neighborhood most, if not all, days of the week— including weekends! I care for pets just as I have been instructed. I don’t go “off-book” unless there’s something I know extremely well and am comfortable doing. I enjoy learning from owners’ instructions for different tasks they want completed with their puppies. I’m a quick-learner, and I’m ready to follow any sort of direction you wish me to take with your doggie.

About: Growing up, I had 3 dogs, 2 bunnies, and a guinea pig! To say I love animals is an understatement. I’ve had dogs ranging from adult rescues (who needed some extra training) to puppies (who needed all the training) to senior dogs (who just needed some loving). I’ve helped friends and family dog and cat sit throughout my life and love to give them the exercise or snuggles that they need! I wanted to add a routine to my current my schedule and know that playing with your pups would be the perfect fill in for my current puppy-less home. It’s hard to have a bad day when you’re spending time with our 4-legged nieces and nephews! I will, of course, follow any set up that you have in your home, to ensure the pups are comfortable and never stressed out by a new person being there. If we’re out on walks, I am a big stickler for staying close to me and sitting before crosswalks or when someone approaches. I think this helps keeps everyone calm and happy!

About: I am a former dog groomer and since I don’t have dogs myself right now, I miss interacting with all the puppies (and the big doggies too!) I do not have another job right now, your animals would be my top priority! I have the whole week and weekends free to care for animals. I can’t wait to meet your dogs and kitties. My number 1 priority will be their safety and well being- you’ll be able to feel confident leaving them in my hands!

About: From my teenage years onwards, I have taken care of both dogs and cats, starting with basic potty breaks and gradually progressing to full house sitting. I spent three years working at a pet retreat/hotel where I mainly worked with dogs. My house-sitting clients trust me completely with their dogs' feeding, playing, and walking needs. I am experienced with dogs of all ages and sizes and have worked with various breeds. While I do have experience with cats, my preference is for working with dogs. I'm currently freelancing, therefore I will have plenty of time to play with and take care of your pet! I am available during the week from 9am - 7pm for walks and drop-ins with varying availability on the weekends. I prefer to take care of pets at their owner's house. During my visit, I make sure to take them out in the yard (if there is one), play with their toys, and take them on walks multiple times a day. I aim to maintain their regular routine with their owners to minimize their anxiety.
