About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and truly consider them family. Growing up, my family had a Cocker Spaniel, then a Weimaraner, and eventually we fell in love with Labrador Retrievers — we’ve had three Labs in a row. My most recent chocolate Lab, Thor, passed away about 2 years ago, and until we’re ready to bring another dog home, I’ve decided to pour that love and care into other people’s dogs. My dogs have always been right by my side, so your dog will never feel like a guest. If your dog enjoys car rides, they’re welcome to come along with me. At home, they’re free to relax on the couch, go for walks, play at the dog park, or just enjoy companionship and attention throughout the day. I trained our labrador Thor to retrieve so if you have a hunting dog and they have a favorite retriever toy I’d be happy to keep their skills fresh while you’re away. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I’ll care for yours as if they were my own — with plenty of love. I work full-time Monday to Thursday.I am an early riser due to work and having young kids. I work 10 minutes from home so stopping home for potty breaks and exercise during the work week is easy to do. Friday,Saturday,Sunday we are home bodies with two young kids and will treat your dog like family all day. I can crate your dog in our XL crate with a comfy bed if needed. Puppies can be put into a puppy play pen as needed. We have a nice yard to play and a dog friendly neighborhood for walks weather permitting. I will only watch one dog at a time for dog safety and to give your dog my full attention. I will watch multiple dogs from the same household. Due to young kids (3&5 year olds) living in our home I do request dogs that do well with children. If you have a puppy I understand the potential teething and nipping stage is apart of a dogs growth and understand the process as I’ve had 4 puppies in my life. My children will always be supervised around your dog.

“Where to start??? Jessica is awesome!!! She made my first time using Rover a very comfortable experience. I have a Min Pin named Cairo that happens to be energetic and super clingy; naturally I was worried about him being a hyper menace but I was relieved to hear from Jessica a day in that he was settled in and already having fun. The updates I were provided were timely and appreciated - always good to know your baby is safe, happy, and well taken care of. I provided Jessica with everything she might’ve needed to ensure a good stay for Cairo and she followed everything to the T! I can’t continue raving about how great Jessica is with the pups. “Riley had such a great experience, and I truly can’t say enough good things. Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. About: I have loved on dogs of all breed, size and age. I have worked extensively with rescue dogs and have been caring for four legged friends for over the last 20+ years. My special bond with my current senior pup who motivates me to want to share the love and care for other pups alike. I bond with all dogs. From the pups who are okay with just being chill and loved on, as well as any dogs that may need an extra bit of love and care. I enjoy going on walks and allowing your pet to remain with the best consistent care and environment that they need. When booking house-sitting overnight stays may be subject to a price increase. I do work full time, but am able to enjoy the benefits of being remote and have the flexibility to your pets care into my daily routine! I am a very reliable person that cares and respects everyone home by following the instructions and exact guidelines of the pup and clients needs.
