About: I grew up on a farm in England with working dogs, which gave me a love for animals and led me to a life working professionally with them. After 32 years of running my own pet care business in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Coachella Valley where I continue to walk, exercise, and socialize dogs, while also working as a dog trainer. I'm available Monday thru Friday from 7am until 5pm, so we can work out walks and visits depending on your schedule and your dog's needs. Your dog will always be walked on leash, with the exception of fenced dog parks. Dogs can be crated during transport, if that makes them more comfortable. With my many years of experience, I know exactly how to work with dogs with a focus on the safety, calm, and happiness of the animal.

“This was our first time using Rover, and therefore our first time having Jon walk our dog. We asked Jon to come by each day at 7, as it gets pretty hot here in the desert quite early in the morning. Sammi is used to hour long walks as well. We can say Jon did not disappoint! He was at our house every morning at 7 on the nose and gave our Sammi a full hour walk each day. They walked a mile plus on each journey and Sammi looked forward to seeing him every day. Could not have asked for a better experience!”

“It was really nice to walk to kiddos again. It’d been a while. They loved the walk on this beautiful morning!☀️🌴🌵🐶. Thanks Faith, they’re really comfortable with you now.😁”

About: I grew up on a ranch with several mixed breed family dogs and a few barn cats. I volunteered at small and large veterinary clinics during college break, as well as volunteered at local animal shelters over the years. We have a senior rescue in our home, Walter, and a couple younger pups we also adopted with loads of energy. Depending on your pets needs, I can throw the ball as much as your pup wants to play fetch, I can take your pup hiking, to the dog park, or around the neighborhood. If your fur baby just wants love and cuddles and indoor playtime, it all works. You tell me what is best for them and I will 100% follow your direction. I am retired (finance career) and have time on my hands to devote to your special family member. I run on time, follow directions, and ready to keep your pet happy and healthy. As a very active person, I am not the type to sit on the couch or the bench at the dog park; I would be very interactive with them. We have rescue dogs and I assure you, your dog will be in safe and reliable hands with me. At this point I'm not ready to have pets in our home, but I don't mind traveling within the Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert area with some exceptions if I need to travel a bit farther for a client. Whatever instructions you give me (ie play and food preferences the pup has) I will certainly follow. I have left my own detailed list of items when we've been away, so don't worry, I won't take any shortcuts and I am also a good communicator, not just with the owner, but I love talking with the pets as well.

About: I’ve rescued senior pets for over a decade and have plenty of experience with puppies, cats, and pets with big personalities. I run my own business and mostly work from home, so your furry fam will get all the attention, love, and weird little chats they deserve. I’m all about keeping animals comfy, happy, and feeling like they’re right where they belong! Since I work from home and set my own hours, I can easily build my day around your pet’s routine. Whether it’s morning walks, midday play breaks, or cozy overnight hangs, I’m flexible—and fully present. Your pet gets consistent care, attention, and yes, a well-stocked snack stash. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, their safety and comfort always come first. I maintain a clean, calm environment, stick closely to their routine, and pay attention to the little details—like favorite nap spots or treat preferences. I believe in clear communication, regular updates, and creating a space that feels safe, familiar, and full of love (plus the occasional squeaky toy).

About: I’ve had my first dog when I was 15 and raised her since she was 6 weeks old. I now am 23 years old and I am a stay at home mom of a 5 month old pug. She is my child and baby and I love dogs and reptiles very much. I’m available weekdays to spend time with your furry babies and live near Panorama Dog Park to take them to socialize as well as walking distance to a normal park to take them on walks. Depending on the week I teach cooking class for 3 hours from 2pm-5pm so I am not home but this is only 2 or 3 days a week depending. Let me know if this is an issue or something we can work with. I care for other puppies as if they were my own. I’m very patient and understand any messes or accidents they have are not on purpose rather they may be nervous or are in process of learning. I love keeping my place clean and will do so for your home as well. Pets when in a new environment love to explore and sometimes mark their territory so it is understandable. I have a balcony with artificial grass where in case of emergency your pet may go when needed, but walks will be given every 2 hours to ensure they relieve themselves. I can send photos as often as requested so your mind is at ease. I also have a doggy cam where I can prove screenshots of a live feed if at any moment I am not home. I have extra crates where if requested I can use for your pets convenience if crate trained. Other than that, pets are free roaming unless requested.

“David is the best! He stepped in for dog walking on short notice, learned all of my dogs favorite spots, and sent really adorable photos. I’ll definitely call him in the future! Obie gives him 4 paws up - big smiles in photos!”

I felt 110% comfortable with my Toby in her care and he loved being able to go to the dog park with her. Thank you for making my pom that happiest boy! Would recommend and will book again!

Jon was amazing with our two somewhat temperamental senior chihuahuas. He spent time to get to know them and after one visit our very unfriendly chihuahua was begging for attention and pets.

Hannah and William did a great job checking in on Archie. Even though Archie was nervous, they were able to make him feel comfortable.

Kimberly was great. Followed direction and was always on time. She took great care with Lulu and I would use her again.

Fantastic and very thoughtful service! Erika went above and beyond with her attention to detail and dedication to taking care of my dog. Thank you so much! Could not recommend more and will definitely rebook again for my next trip!

Andrew is fantastic! I have a Great Dane who is a bit skiddish usually and takes a little bit to trust someone but not this time , From the first meeting on she was smitten! She is so excited for their daily walks/runs/ dog park visits. Andrew is prompt, kind, polite and had no issues connecting with our pup, and because he was so confident she/we felt comfortable right in the beginning. Lilly now each day is waiting by the door 10 min or so before he arrives as she is so excited for him to come, So if Andrew is in your area hire him! He’s awesome!
