About: Hi, we’re Alex and Yihang. I’m Alex and I’ve just moved to Palm Springs to live with my brother and his husband, Yihang. We both love having animals around and are excited to do some pet sitting together. I grew up with my own dog who sadly passed away at the age of 17 due to old age. Since then, I’ve been dog sitting regularly in Manchester, where I lived for 10 years. You can see photo reviews from that time on my Rover profile. We have a five year old dog at home who is very friendly and loves playing with other dogs. He’s used to sharing his space and does really well with new dogs in the house. I love being outdoors and going for walks, so dogs will get plenty of exercise and time outside. We’re happy to follow your dog’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away. I am always at home except for the odd occasion when I go to the gym or for a food shop! So your dog will get constant attention from us your pet will feel right at home! We have a little outdoor space and can roam around freely in our house. There is also a dog park near by that we drive to!

About: I have hands on experience walking dogs with different temperaments, from energetic puppies to calm seniors. I have experience with in house visits and overnight stays. About: I have owned 6 dogs through my lifetime, two boxers (Chica and Bella), one fox terrier (Jack), a black mouth cur (Kimber), A pit bull mix (Charlie) and a one eyed Chihuahua (Zoe). I also owned a couple of fish (Cheeto and Elvis) as well as a ferret (also named Jack). I worked as a kennel technician, groomer (I bathed, blow dried and clipped nails only, I did not cut hair) and a doggy daycare counselor as well! I know how to feed, water, walk, bathe, dry and give medications. My love for animals has always gone above and beyond, they deserve nothing less🩷 I have a lot of free time and a goal of starting dental school once I can afford it! If I can reach that goal by meeting and caring for your fur babies, it will be a blessing. I’m available anytime from 8:30 am to 10 pm any day of the week or weekend. I do ask for a 3-4 notice in advance for appointments (scheduling or canceling) please and thank you! For coming to a clients home, I always ask questions and for detailed instructions of pet care. I will follow the schedule, measurements and rules made by the owner to a T. I make sure dogs are being well supervised as well as lots of pets and play time! I am able to take them on walks, give them baths, play, crate and respect the dog (or cat) and owners boundaries. Side note: I cannot do boarding in my own home due to roommates and their pets.

About: I have been a proud animal owner my entire life, I grew up with dogs, then had guinea pigs, and currently own four cats! I had to administer injections to one of my cats last year and have also given oral capsules, oral steroids, and eye drops. I work as a paramedic full time over night, so typically I am free during the day time for drop in visits and dog walking! My cats at home have every safety precaution in the book, considering cats are quite notorious for getting into everything (and trust me, mine are a huge fan of trying that) My cats are my life and I know many fellow pet owners feel the same, so safety is always a top priority for me!

Whether it was a shi tzu to a german shepard to a lab, to a horse, I'm a true animal lover. Additionally, I took care of a friend until the end, he got Long-Term Covid in 2019 and died in Feb 2024. I also helped in my mother's care who had muscular dystrophy and my father, who had dementia. I'm a semi-retired entertainment publicist who spent the last 18 years in Los Angeles. After being a part-time resident in PALM SPRINGS since 2008, I'm now a full-time resident that truly loves the desert and no remorse from leaving LA. When I do work, I work from my home office so I'm always around. Also, if you are looking for an extended stays, please reach out to me for discount on mid-long term stays. Mainly by preference, I have my own personal preferences but whatever the Pet Parents want something specific, like no pets on the furniture or bed. Preference for using their own dog bed. I'm here to provide a service tailored to their needs.
