“James is phenomenal. Calm, caring, extremely trustworthy and reliable. I can’t say enough good things. He even took the time for a pre-visit to come and meet us and get the lay of the land prior to our trip. Really grateful for James!”

“Gabe is amazing!! We have a Great Dane and she absolutely adores him! He comes every day, twice a day and he is always on time, so kind and friendly and the dog lets out a howl of joy every time he approaches the door. I’m so grateful that we connected and can’t imagine daily life without his care for our pup! Highly highly highly recommend his services !”

“Chris is terrific! We are in Palm Springs for the film festival and were able to squeeze in another movie last minute and Chris is our hero or we should say Rosies hero. He came last minute and took her for a walk.”

“Kevin is unbelievably kind and wonderful -such a nice man and just helpful beyond belief. My dog is definitely having an adjustment period and does not want to leave her mama. He has been incredibly patient with her trying everything he can to get her to trust him and actually leave the house with him. We’ll get there and it’s all because of his patience and flexibility -again his senior dog expertise is beyond compare.”

About: Hi, we’re Alex and Yihang. I’m Alex and I’ve just moved to Palm Springs to live with my brother and his husband, Yihang. We both love having animals around and are excited to do some pet sitting together. I grew up with my own dog who sadly passed away at the age of 17 due to old age. Since then, I’ve been dog sitting regularly in Manchester, where I lived for 10 years. You can see photo reviews from that time on my Rover profile. We have a five year old dog at home who is very friendly and loves playing with other dogs. He’s used to sharing his space and does really well with new dogs in the house. I love being outdoors and going for walks, so dogs will get plenty of exercise and time outside. We’re happy to follow your dog’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away. I am always at home except for the odd occasion when I go to the gym or for a food shop! So your dog will get constant attention from us your pet will feel right at home! We have a little outdoor space and can roam around freely in our house. There is also a dog park near by that we drive to!
“Bubba (large crazy Aussiepoo) immediately loved Eric when they met. He comes barreling in after his walks. Evidently they have a great time together! Eric is a great person and I am happy my furry friend and he get along so well. Highly recommend”
About: I have had and taken care of animals since I was 10. Personally had a beagle, husky, silky terrier, multiple cats, birds, and bad luck with fish. I've also fostered, rescued, and volunteered at no-kill shelters. I am a very active person, happy to take them on hikes, runs, or just hang out for a while. I could even work remotely on other projects if you nees longer stays. I've taken care if animals with and without fences. Chased down a husky who lives to get off her leash and dealt with a male beagle when I was 7.

I’m available Monday through Sunday, with regular hours from as early as 6 a.m. to as late as 8 p.m., and I offer flexibility to accommodate special scheduling needs when required. I prioritize safety, trust, and calm structure in every setting, whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I follow each dog’s routine closely, maintain a clean and respectful environment, and remain mindful of boundaries, belongings, and privacy at all times. I communicate clearly and consistently with owners, providing updates and transparency so they feel confident and informed. Whether it’s bath time, brushing, or just helping pets feel comfortable and safe, I’m confident in handling all kinds of personalities. Beyond grooming, I’ve spent years walking, feeding, and looking after dogs in both casual and structured settings. I understand how important it is to treat each pet like a member of the family—and that’s exactly what I do. Whether your dog loves long walks, belly rubs, or just a calm presence, I’m here to make sure they feel loved and well cared for. I’d love to meet your furry friend and help however I can! Available 7 days a week for pet sitting! Reliable, experienced, and ready to care for your doggo whenever you need. Flexible scheduling and loving care. You can trust that your dog will be cared for in a clean, calm, and loving environment—just like part of the family.

About: I have owned 6 dogs through my lifetime, two boxers (Chica and Bella), one fox terrier (Jack), a black mouth cur (Kimber), A pit bull mix (Charlie) and a one eyed Chihuahua (Zoe). I also owned a couple of fish (Cheeto and Elvis) as well as a ferret (also named Jack). I worked as a kennel technician, groomer (I bathed, blow dried and clipped nails only, I did not cut hair) and a doggy daycare counselor as well! I know how to feed, water, walk, bathe, dry and give medications. My love for animals has always gone above and beyond, they deserve nothing less🩷 I have a lot of free time and a goal of starting dental school once I can afford it! If I can reach that goal by meeting and caring for your fur babies, it will be a blessing. I’m available anytime from 8:30 am to 10 pm any day of the week or weekend. I do ask for a 3-4 notice in advance for appointments (scheduling or canceling) please and thank you! For coming to a clients home, I always ask questions and for detailed instructions of pet care. I will follow the schedule, measurements and rules made by the owner to a T. I make sure dogs are being well supervised as well as lots of pets and play time! I am able to take them on walks, give them baths, play, crate and respect the dog (or cat) and owners boundaries. Side note: I cannot do boarding in my own home due to roommates and their pets.
About: I have been a proud animal owner my entire life, I grew up with dogs, then had guinea pigs, and currently own four cats! I had to administer injections to one of my cats last year and have also given oral capsules, oral steroids, and eye drops. I work as a paramedic full time over night, so typically I am free during the day time for drop in visits and dog walking! My cats at home have every safety precaution in the book, considering cats are quite notorious for getting into everything (and trust me, mine are a huge fan of trying that) My cats are my life and I know many fellow pet owners feel the same, so safety is always a top priority for me!
“Scott is amazing! He was very thorough at our meet and greet and wanted them to be comfortable with him. He does an amazing job with my gals and they love him! Highly recommended 😊”

Mainly by preference, I have my own personal preferences but whatever the Pet Parents want something specific, like no pets on the furniture or bed. Preference for using their own dog bed. I'm here to provide a service tailored to their needs.

“I can’t say enough good things about Briana. I work 12 hour shifts and was super stressed trying to figure out how and when I was going to sneak away each day to walk my dog Brody. I was lucky enough to find Briana on Rover - and she’s been an absolute godsend. She is always prompt, takes great care of him and sends me super detailed notes every day to tell me about their walks - even includes pictures! Makes me smile every time I see them. It’s such a relief knowing he is in good hands while I’m at work. Plus, the difference I’ve seen in my dog is huge. He’s much happier and hasn’t chewed up anything in the house since Briana has started coming over and taking him on daily mini-adventures. 5 stars all day!”

Blue the Husky was at ease with Kevin right away when we met at his place. My dog pulls on the leash when he wants to sniff something and Kevin didn’t have any issue with Blue’s less than ideal leash manners. Kevin sent me a photo and video, too, which I appreciated.

Once again, JIMMY did an amazing job despite the short notice of my request. My boys love him and loved the walks that he has taken them on. JIMMY is always on time always super polite, and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend JIMMY highly enough.Fantastic Rover experience thanks to JIMMY.

We highly recommend Megan! She walks our Doberman pup twice a week and has been reliable and professional. Her excellent communication (including timely updates and photos) gives us great peace of mind, and it's obvious how much our dog loves their time together.
