I have been playing and caring for cats and dogs for the past 25 years, but I gained my patience, compassion, and deep love for pets when I began volunteering at the animal shelter. I became more comfortable of all breeds and sizes. This continues on with looking after family friends’ pets which I really enjoyed. I currently have a mixed terrier named Lucy. She is estimated to be 13 years young. I will care for your fur-baby like my own. I am a yoga teacher with varying work hours but I’m never out of the house for more than couple of hours. I am available for overnight persisting at your home to minimize pet stress and happy to drop in for visit. I have Big fenced backyard with plenty of space to sniff around and be free. I often hang around in my backyard with the pups to enjoy the fresh air or some sun rays.

About: I've grown up with dogs from Bichon Frises to Rottweilers, caring for dogs has been part of my life. I started dog watching in college, not for money, but because I wanted my own dog & my parents said no. Watching other people's dogs brought so much joy and excitement and so I watched dogs for little to nothing during my college years. During law school, Bella and I met and have been inseparable. All while having Bella, I would watch my friends' dogs and have even fostered another dog. Even when living abroad, I somehow managed to provide food to 1 dog who visited my condo & she one day brought her friends over (see pic with 3 dogs). I love dogs. Myself and Bella would make perfect substitute companions for you while you are away from your beloved 4-legged family member. I am an attorney and creative entrepreneur. I spend my time between dance studio, yoga studio and the Pilates studio. In between times I’m usually at home with Bella or taking care of someone’s beloved 4 legged love. If I can’t take Bella with me alongside, she is at home in her den listening to calm tunes and treats in tow. I usually follow the instructions of the pet owner. I do sleep with the dogs in bed. If they cannot come along with me, I would likely place your dog and my dog in separate crates just to prevent any mischief. I usually feed 3x a day with a couple outdoor strolls. If reading this from California: my schedule is very flexible and most of my time is spent at home with my dog. If reading this in Indiana: The following are the times I usually am at the studios working and could not bring your loved one with me. Mondays I’m unavailable - 5:30am-9:30am; 4-7pm Tuesdays I’m unavailable- 7-8:30pm Wed- 8-11 and 4-7 Thurs- 5-9am Friday- 5-11:30am Saturday - 7:15-11:30am I usually remain in the same room with the pups, but I allow them to roam as they choose. I follow the owner’s instructions, and generally ask for your instructions. I do have stairs, so if your pup has issues with stairs, I wouldn’t encourage booking me.

About: I grew up in a home that adopted cats & dogs and was the prime caregiver since animal's lives and happiness are close my heart. I believe in SPOILING them, not giving them all of the treats, but in giving them tons of attention and activity. Zonking them out at night so they have the best night's sleep. I love all dogs, tiny to giants and long-haired too. I laugh at zoomies. My animal voice disarms them quickly so even the most nervous cats or dogs warm up to me in time. I respect boundaries and listen/watch body language so that neither of us are uncomfortable. I love to go on walks with them, letting them smell every flower along the way. I love playing tug of war or chasing each other or throwing a ball for hours. They are such special little beings and deserve the best care. With me, they would be loved on, scratched, belly rubbed, or brushed to their delight! I work from home and set my schedule. So, I would be available to watch your furbabies during the times that you need, overnights, or just daily drop-bys. All I need is wifi and if it's the summer, AC. I am happy to bring any cat-friendly dogs into my home. Both of my cats LOVE dogs. But your furbabies would have to have up-to-date vaccinations to do so. I'm happy to have them here. If they like walks, I go on one daily for about an hour. If I need to, I can split that walk in two, no worries. Spending time with them at a dog park. Throwing the ball or playing outside with their favorite toy is also something that I would enjoy doing. I am happy to find what each furbaby needs and to meet it. I love getting to know animals and their specific qualities/likes/dislikes and meeting their needs and having fun. The whole idea to me is that if their humans are out of town. having fun, they should have an equal amount of fun too!

About: I have years of professional experience that includes volunteering for multiple animal shelters and rescues and also working as a shelter employee and animal control officer. I my loving home, I have puppies, kittens, senior dogs and cats. I have received professional training for pet behavior and handling. I have owned multiple special needs dogs including dogs who are deaf, had seizures and had physical disabilities. I currently have 3 days off a week that gives me open availability to care for your pets. I may also be able to help late afternoon and evenings on the other days. At my residence I have a fenced yard to keep your pets secure. I also have crates available if needed for crate training which some of my dogs prefer to use as well. My normal pet life is letting the pets be on the couch and bed or they have multiple dog beds available if they choose.
