“Geri was the best! Don't be fooled by her stern-looking profile photo; she is anything but! Super stylish and kind, with a huge heart. Our Roxy was very happy with her stay with Geri, and her home is beautiful, and every detail was accounted for in making it super doggy friendly. Her lil pup is also very sweet and got along very well with our picky, not-usually-a-dog-person dog, Roxy, which says a lot. Anyway, look no further, we highly recommend choosing Geri for your doggy needs!!”

“Judith was amazing. She was very good at communicating and sent me lots of pictures of my dog (even though my dog is camera shy). She was really flexible and worked with me when my schedule changed a bit. I will be picking to send Vexy to her house next time we need a Rover.”

“We were so fortunate to have Aricela watch our foster dog when we had to travel out of the area u expectedly. She accommodated a last minute meet & greet and patiently listened to everything we knew about the dog. She was kind in her interactions with our pup. When we took him back to board he was like a confident kindergartner…one look over his shoulder and away he went! She kept us apprised of how he was doing & send photos to validate it. Thank you so much Araceli.”

“If you find yourself in need of a dog sitter in Palm Springs, then Vincent (Antonio) is your guy! He was so sweet to our pooch. We could not have found a better person to watch Beau. He even has a nice backyard space for the dogs to roam around. We would definitely use him again if we are in Palm Springs. His house is also very close to downtown which worked perfectly for us.”

“Alan and Joe were fantastic, and my dogs loved being there. I was nervous, as they’ve never stayed away from home, but Joe and Alan made them feel right home and calmed my nerves. We may have found our go-to sitters.”

“Todd was exceptional! I have a rescue that hasn’t been left alone since I got her 2.5 years ago. Todd agreed to meet even before committing to a longer stay and it was great. He is a dog lover! He made my Maggie feel so loved and communicated with me throughout her stay. When we picked her up after her 3 day stay she was happy and showed zero signs of any changes whatsoever. It was clear that she was well cared like we would! Will definitely use Todd again. Very kind ❤️”

“This was the best experience I’ve had with someone watching Porkchop! Osamu and Darrel were so loving and kind, and very understanding of an almost-17-year old dog. They gave lots of updates and pictures and helped him get his medicine with ease. They took him on walks, helped noticed how he’s aging, and offered great suggestions. I could not recommend anyone more. I’m so glad they are caring for animals! Thank you both!”

“Katie and her daughter were simply amazing! Our puppy loved them! They played with her, rubbed her ears, and took care of her in such a calm, loving way. Seriously the best Rover Betty sitter we ever had.”

“We had a great experience boarding our dog with Dennis. He provided daily feedback and pictures and responded quickly to questions and inquiries. He was flexible and helped us out with a situation last minute. He was attentive to our dogs needs and took great care of him. Would recommend!!”

“Viviana and her husband were the kindest and perfect dog watchers. Their home is very cute and you know from meeting them once that your dogs are in good hands. Good communication and ease throughout. 10/10 recommend.”

“Jackson was straightforward to deal with. Responsive to phone or email contact. We had a pre-meet-up to get acquainted and then dropped Bentley off on the "leave off" day. He was anxious about our leaving, but Jackson was kind enough to send pictures of his stay for the couple of days he was there. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for Bentley, and we seemed to adjust perfectly. :-)”

“Most excellent. Cubsy enjoyed his stay with Matt and Steve. Cubsy is a very social boy and loved having 2 or 3 other dogs to play with while we were gone. He came home tired. A very good sign. Matt provided updates. I also like that they put a tracker on Cubsy during his stay in the unlikely event he got loose. Both Matt and Steve are at home most days so no lack of companionship or supervision.”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my pit bull with Tony. She is a senior dog, so I appreciated the updates on how she was eating and pooping. Tony sent lots of pictures and communicated promptly. Cici had a nice relaxed time and I could tell that Tony was very caring.”

“Ken and David were great sitters for my dog Charlie. Took him for walks & sent me lots of pictures. Great communication too. Would definitely recommend Ken for a dog sitter.”

Osamu is an extremely caring, thoughtful, dependable, and responsive sitter. We couldn’t have asked for better care when we left our dog with him and his husband in their lovely home for two weeks. He provided multiple photos daily along with newsy updates. If I could leave a six star review, I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dennis took spectacular care of my very large pup. He even picked him up and dropped him off at our house since I wasn’t able to drive him to Dennis’s house. He got plenty of exercise and I got a lot of updates on how he was doing. Highly recommend Dennis for any pet care.

This was my first time using Tony and it was a great experience from start to end. Communication with him was easy and very responsive. He and his wife put me at ease from the moment we first met, so i felt confident Frankie would be in great hands. His wife even took notes of everything i was mentioning about my dog to make sure they remembered all the details. The house is very clean and organized with lots of cozy places for Frankie to hang out. The yard is totally enclosed with a grassy area off the patio and there's a park with shady trees directly across the street for easy walk breaks. Tony kept me informed with pictures daily and let me know how well Frankie was doing. I highly recommend Tony and his wife and would not hesitate to book him again.

Emma was amazing with our 2 boys. This was their first time with a dog sitter & they came back looking extremely happy. Emma was very responsive within a minute of each message. We even forgot to pack the dog food with last minute packing & she went to the store and got our boys some food. We will definitely be rebooking her while we are here in Palm Springs!! 10/10 👌🏾

We couldn't have been more thrilled with the care and attention that Mike gave to our dog while we were away. Mike was wonderful during the initial meet and greet -- giving our dog time to explore the house and become comfortable in a new place. Drop off was equally good. Mike sent regular updates and pictures and let us know everything that was happening. We could enjoy our trip because we knew that our dog was having such a good time. Our dog bonded quickly with Mike's dog Cooper, and the pictures and videos of the two of them playing together day and night proved how happy our dog was. We have never seen him that bonded to another dog -- we almost felt bad going to pick him up! Our return travel plans hit a snag when our flight was diverted to LAX, and Mike was super flexible about everything. He wanted us just to focus on our travel plans and it was not an issue for our dog to stay an extra night. We are already talking about where we can travel to next just so our dog can go back and spend time with Mike and Cooper! We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Eric is a wonderful dog sitter - he housed our golden retriever and gave her great care, love and attention. Our dog came home happy and healthy. Eric also sent pictures, cute ones! Lastly, we forgot a few key dog items (leash, collar, etc) and Eric was totally flexible and able to adapt.

Todd was exceptional! I have a rescue that hasn’t been left alone since I got her 2.5 years ago. Todd agreed to meet even before committing to a longer stay and it was great. He is a dog lover! Second time this month hiring Kevin for boarding. It is such a relief to be able to drop off my dog, Blue, and know he is being well cared for —and having fun. Kevin takes Blue to his fav place, the Palm Springs dog park, and gives him lots of play time. I got in a jam and Kevin helped me out last minute which I truly appreciate.

Dolores took such great care of our dog Daisy! Sent pictures and updates regularly or as requested, followed all care instructions, and gave Daisy love the entire week! Daisy came home with a new toy given to her by Dolores for Christmas. I would leave Daisy with Dolores again for sure! Thank you Dolores!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
