“Veronica and her family fostered the rescue dog I adopted. Sadie, a small Blue Heeler, stared forlornly through my fence for an hour before she started to warm up to her new environment. It was obvious she was homesick for her foster family. I had to leave town in five days and asked Veronica if she could keep Sadie while I was gone. On the 5th day I had Sadie I left her with Veronica on the way to the airport. Sadie liked me but was overjoyed to see Veronica. My concern about leaving her dissolved—I knew she was attached to her foster family and my absence would not be missed. While I was gone Veronica sent me photos of Sadie frolicking with their dog and relaxing with the family. I think Veronica’s time with her has helped her adjust well to me and my home. Sadie is confident and affectionate because of the effort and attention she received from Veronica and her family.”

“Edgar and his family were so welcoming of my 3 pups! I know they can be a lot with lots of high energy but Edgar was happy to care for them as his own for 3 days! He walked my German shepherd & his puppy together on long walks twice a day and let them out to play in the yard several times! He responded promptly to my questions when I would ask how everyone was doing and he would send pics/videos of my dogs being spoiled on his couch or bed. I hope to use Edgar and his family in the future since it can be so hard to find someone willing to care for 3 dogs at once. Thank you so so much.”

From the moment he stepped into our home to take care of our beloved furry family members, Gracie, Hudson, and Wallis, I knew we had found the perfect pet sitter. His dedication, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals were evident from the very beginning. Gracie, our senior king charles spaniel, requires special attention and medication due to her age-related health issues. Kevin took the time to listen carefully to our instructions and followed them meticulously. He ensured Gracie received her medications on time and was always there to provide the extra support and comfort she needed. It was heartwarming to see the bond that developed between Kevin and Gracie during his stay. Hudson, our playful and energetic beagle, can be quite a handful, but Kevin managed him with ease and patience. He took Hudson on long walks, played fetch tirelessly, and ensured he got the exercise he needed to stay happy and healthy. We received regular updates with photos and videos of Hudson having a blast with Kevin, which reassured us that our boy was in great hands. Wallis, our mischievous little cat, can be a bit standoffish with new people, but she seemed to warm up to Kevin faster than we anticipated. He must have a magic touch with felines because Wallis was often found snuggled up next to him, which is something she rarely does with anyone else. What truly sets Kevin apart is his genuine love and care for animals. It was evident that he treated Gracie, Hudson, and Wallis as if they were his own. He went above and beyond in ensuring their comfort and happiness while we were away. Not only did he take care of their physical needs, but he also provided the love and attention they needed to feel secure in our absence. We were initially worried about leaving our fur babies behind while going on vacation, but Kevin's professionalism and compassion quickly put our minds at ease. We could relax knowing that they were in the best hands possible. Kevin kept our home tidy and even watered our plants without us asking, showing his thoughtfulness and responsibility. Upon our return, we could tell that Gracie, Hudson, and Wallis were well taken care of and had formed a strong bond with Kevin. They were happy and content, and we are forever grateful to him for providing such a positive pet-sitting experience. “Mike and his dad Stephan are the best Rover sitter’s we have ever used! Located in Palm Springs they have a dog friendly home with a large, enclosed wrap around yard with a pool. There is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. We received updates and photos from Mike several times a day and it was clear that he enjoyed playing with our pups and they enjoyed him. I mistakenly miscalculated the food , but it was no problem as Mike made up for my shortfall. Although we offered to reimburse him, he politely declined. If you want someone to pay attention to your dogs, to play and alive them up, Mike is your guy! Our two labradoodles probably wore him out! Lucky them!”

“Your pet is in good hands with Joshua and Colton! We left our little girl dog, Melody, for about 2 weeks under the care of Josh and Colton. We were provided with daily updates (and pictures) which helped ease the pain of leaving her while we were traveling. When you see your dog smiling in pictures and doing fun things while being boarded, it helps build your confidence in those caring for her. Our little girl takes medicine which they handled with no concern. They followed her schedule which helped maintain the consistency with which she was familiar. She truly became a part of their family; she seemed sad to be leaving. A couple of items were left when we picked her up; both Josh and Colton stopped by our home to drop the items off and Melody was so happy to see them. We HIGHLY recommend sitting, boarding or any other service (i.e. grooming) provided by these pet care providers. Thanks, Josh and Colton!”
