“What a great dog boarding experience. The host was so friendly, and made us and our dog feel right at home. He was well taken care of and we would definitely have him stay with the host again. Thank you!”

“Jackson was straightforward to deal with. Responsive to phone or email contact. We had a pre-meet-up to get acquainted and then dropped Bentley off on the "leave off" day. He was anxious about our leaving, but Jackson was kind enough to send pictures of his stay for the couple of days he was there. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for Bentley, and we seemed to adjust perfectly. :-)”

“Geri was the best! Don't be fooled by her stern-looking profile photo; she is anything but! Super stylish and kind, with a huge heart. Our Roxy was very happy with her stay with Geri, and her home is beautiful, and every detail was accounted for in making it super doggy friendly. Her lil pup is also very sweet and got along very well with our picky, not-usually-a-dog-person dog, Roxy, which says a lot. Anyway, look no further, we highly recommend choosing Geri for your doggy needs!!”

“kevin was very attentive and wanted to make sure he kept our pups’ routine the same. he was patient with our nervous pup. his pups were excellent with our dogs too. he is very responsive. would book with kevin again!”

“Araceli was an excellent host for my guy OTIS. She provided plenty of pictures and comments that made me feel comfortable and assured that he was getting excellent care. He seemed to enjoy interacting with her pups and came home a happy camper.”

“Brandon is a total gem! He and Billy are both so kind and caring. My two pups took to them immediately and had a wonderful time. Brandon is a great communicator and provided timely updates. I had a little mix-up with my dates, and Brandon was so flexible and accommodating with the change. I can't recommend them enough and my two pups can't wait to stay with them again.”

“We recently left our 11 year old Goldendoodle (Bodhi),in the care of Alan & Joe,and it couldn’t have been better. From the minute we met them,we ALL felt comfortable, especially, Bodhi! Don’t hesitate if your thinking of utilizing Alan & Joe’s services…they’re really top notch!”

“Brandon was wonderful with my dog during an overnight stay. He provided great communication and regular updates, which gave me peace of mind. It’s clear he’s both knowledgeable and kind—my dog was in excellent hands.”

“What a great boarding experience! Lexi and Abel had a wonderful time during their 3 night stay. We were very pleased with how our babies were treated like family and would definitely use them again.”

“I contacted Matthew at the very last minute to see if he could board my dog starting that very same day - 3 hours notice. My husband and I were at a pet friendly vrbo with our two dogs and found out that they would only allow one. He got back to me right away and was able to accommodate me. He and his partner took in our rambunctious rescue Dachshund Hans and took excellent care of him all weekend. Hans has high energy and separation anxiety and they were undaunted by that. They have a lovely home with a big back yard and two adorable dogs of their own who were great playmates. Photos they sent showed fun times and some good cuddling with the humans. I can't recommend these gents enough and will always get in touch with them when we come to the Palm Springs area with our pooches.”

“Our Luna had a great stay! Sierra was very caring and attentive - she clearly loves dogs and the property is great for dogs to play and relax. Communication was easy. We will definitely rebook with Sierra!”

“Katie was beyond amazing. She took great care of my furbaby while I was out of state for several days. I was so anxious to leave Brownie with a stranger, but Katie constantly provided me a peace of mind by sending me tons of pictures. I felt so bad when Brownie made a scene when Katie tried to leave him by himself for a very short amount of time to run the errand, so she eventually had to cancel and stay with him all the time during his stay. I felt so sorry, but she was so kind and told me that puppies can be like Brownie when in a strange place. She was very patient with Brownie, and I really appreciate it. She is the perfect person that you can rely on when you can't take care of your furbaby by yourself.”

“Excellent care and love given to my pup, Tillie. Maggie is a dream sitter. She is responsible, loving and pays attention to all the details. Tillie was so happy at her home and really enjoyed playing with the other dogs, long walks and all the love. She will definitely going back to Maggie’s!”

“Our Aussie has stayed with Elizabeth 3x now and it’s been great every time. Aussies are a bit of an *acquired taste* and Elizabeth has been nothing but understanding and loving towards Bleu. We get lots of pictures and it’s clear Bleu feels very comfortable with her and her family. Highly recommend!”

“Dropped my dog off for the week for a Disney trip I was last minute but they were able to accommodate him still they were great with him and made sure he had plenty of time to play and hangout with the other dogs and kids and made sure to send pictures and keep me updated on the trip. I 1000% recommend them for any trips as they truly know how to take care of your pet like it’s there own.”

“Michael was really easy to work with. Quick to reply. Clear directions. Nice guy. He sent pics a few times and walked the dogs a couple of times per day. Mine was zonked out all night.”

“My Bernedoodle- Hattie had the best time with “Bo” the sitter, and Oreo the dog! I had my dog groomed before dropping her off, and they split her nail when trimming it. Bo, immediately put a clear cone of shame on her. And kept cleaning the area up and applied bedydine on the area. I picked her up last night, she was happy but limping. Took her to her Vet this afternoon, the Vet said, everything he did helped with a great outcome! Thank you Bo & Oreo! We will see you soon!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
