My husband and I were at a pet friendly vrbo with our two dogs and found out that they would only allow one. He got back to me right away and was able to accommodate me. He and his partner took in our rambunctious rescue Dachshund Hans and took excellent care of him all weekend. Hans has high energy and separation anxiety and they were undaunted by that. They have a lovely home with a big back yard and two adorable dogs of their own who were great playmates. Photos they sent showed fun times and some good cuddling with the humans. I can't recommend these gents enough and will always get in touch with them when we come to the Palm Springs area with our pooches.”

I was so anxious to leave Brownie with a stranger, but Katie constantly provided me a peace of mind by sending me tons of pictures. I felt so bad when Brownie made a scene when Katie tried to leave him by himself for a very short amount of time to run the errand, so she eventually had to cancel and stay with him all the time during his stay. I felt so sorry, but she was so kind and told me that puppies can be like Brownie when in a strange place. She was very patient with Brownie, and I really appreciate it. About: I have two amazing fur babies of my own Stella and Lily who are my whole world. I absolutely love all animals and currently going to school for psychology to hopefully work with animals more in the future. I have taken care of many dogs and cats before house sitting, overnights and dog walking. I have also always had a fur baby of my own and have fostered a few times. I love that I found this app to help people with their fur babies. I currently go to school online for psychology and if need to go do overnights I can easily take my laptop with me. Pretty much have open availability if you have any questions feel free to ask I pay very close attention my eyes never leave the dogs site even in a fenced yard. They are just like kids. You always have to keep your eyes on them. For housesitting, I will treat your home with respect make sure all the doors are locked and everything is secured. I will also love and take care of your pets like they are my own. You will never have to worry I will make sure the house is as clean as I found it. I am a very trustworthy person and always on time and go above and beyond. If needed I will update with pictures and videos of your fur babies.

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbours dogs since my sophomore year of highschool and I’ve walked and fed them mostly at their own house. I’ve taken care of a lot of aggressive dogs in the past I’m currently going to community college and mostly do side jobs. Im currently on summer break so right now my schedule is very flexible and open I’m able to drive to my clients house and feed, let their dog outside and even walk them. I also like to spend a little extra time playing with them.

Because of him, I’m comfortable with special care needs. I am a full time nursing student at College of The Desert. My availability/calendar on Rover is always updated and accurate. I provide dog sitting services on a part time basis during the semester, which runs from 1/26/26-5/22/26. Unfortunately my home does not allow pets so I can only sit in the pets/your home! About: All my pets are rescued off the streets and I rescued 2 of my husky from being put to death by a shelter. I rescued 1 husky from the park wandering with no direction. My work schedule is from 4 pm to midnight. Off Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I usually take my huskies on my morning walks around 8 am. Then let them play in my backyard. I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly husky to keep your beloved pet company, and entertain and to play with. I have a pet crate if needed
About: When I was around 5 years old my parents bought our first dog. A big, fluffy Australian shepherd. Since then I've had 10 dogs and 4 cats, varying from that same Aussie to small chihuahua mixes. I am now 27 years old, and worked at a dog hotel for 2 years, where I have daily experience and training with handling both aggressive and friendly dogs, dogs in group settings, special feelings, cleaning and more. I've even had training with small animals. I've also had training with disrupting dog fights and basic dog safety tactics. In addition, I've handled different and specialized feedings for dogs. I have recently enhanced my skill set to include injected medication, through multiple routes. If your dog requires injected medication please let me know ahead of time so we can work out the best system (: I'm currently working from home and able to support pets needs based on what's best for the pet. Its easy to incorporate walks, play and affection for them with everything I do. Growing up with pets, I'm extremely mindful of whats around in the house. I always keep food up and away from a dog's reach ( yes even the big ones!). I never leave the balcony door open when I'm not around or if I know the pet is too curious, nervous or jumpy. When walking dogs I always make sure to loop with my hand and wrap around a few times for added security. I always scan the room for things that a dog could easily eat, choke on or rip up and put it away. Its second nature for me to check for these things as well as check for any other risk factors in the home.

About: I’ve taken care of my own chihuahua since I was 12, but since moving to the US I couldn’t have any pets at home due to family member’s preference, I would love to have the chance to care for other people’s dogs! I’m currently staying at home growing my small business, and I have taekwondo classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. With me, they would be loved on, scratched, belly rubbed, or brushed to their delight! I work from home and set my schedule. So, I would be available to watch your furbabies during the times that you need, overnights, or just daily drop-bys. All I need is wifi and if it's the summer, AC. I am happy to bring any cat-friendly dogs into my home. Both of my cats LOVE dogs. But your furbabies would have to have up-to-date vaccinations to do so. I'm happy to have them here. If they like walks, I go on one daily for about an hour. If I need to, I can split that walk in two, no worries. Spending time with them at a dog park. Throwing the ball or playing outside with their favorite toy is also something that I would enjoy doing. I am happy to find what each furbaby needs and to meet it. I love getting to know animals and their specific qualities/likes/dislikes and meeting their needs and having fun. The whole idea to me is that if their humans are out of town. having fun, they should have an equal amount of fun too!
