About: Aside from my family pets, I've been a consistent pet care resource to neighbors, friends, and family over the years. I'm adept at following in-depth feeding routines, basic socialization training, and grooming/bathing routines. In recent experiences, with both personal pets and clients, I'm practiced at administering oral and IV medications to cats (the application of this is strictly case by case). I'm malleable and a fast learner when it comes to making sure my clients' pets are safe, healthy, and happy. As a recent college graduate in the process of finding my place, my schedule is open and flexible to whatever your pets need. I'm generally available for overnight sitting all week long (weekends included). Furthermore, I'm available for drop-ins and walks at any time during the week and weekend, but have a preference for daylight hours due to various commutes. Overall, I will always default to whatever instructions/protocols others give me for their pets. When doing overnight stays, I have a vast range of experiences to draw from. These include, but are not limited to, utilizing a kennel overnight and the technicalities of having outdoor/indoor cats. The pet's safety is always my number one priority. As such, I will ask questions directly and promptly when issues arise. I also value strong communication for it's ability to prevent problems before they have the ability to surface.

“Federico connected with my dog instantly and took him on long, enriching walks while I was out of town. He also sent great photos and videos throughout the weekend, which gave me real peace of mind. I’d absolutely recommend him!”

“Obasi did a great job walking our two pups. He took the time to come by for a quick meet and greet beforehand, which helped the dogs feel comfortable with him right away. They seemed to connect with him quickly, and everything went smoothly. We appreciated his thoughtful approach and would be happy to work with him again.”

About: I grew up in a zoo! At one point we had 18 cats and five dogs at the same time (and an iguana, a potbellied pig, rats, a 100 gallon aquarium...and more). I love animals and specialize in high-care pets such as elder needs and aggressive breeds. I work from home (or your home)! I am available and present with your pets and can give them all the love they need and deserve! I have a tall fenced yard in Cole Valley for pets that require a safe off-leash outside time. There are two submissive friendly dogs in my house--however they stay elsewhere in the case of pets with special needs or behavioral issues.

“Kali was awesome! I really appreciate that she was able to work with my schedule change requests and I will definitely seek her dog walking service out again in the future.”

“Laura is a great walker for our puppy! She’s super attentive with lots of pics and care spent. Highly recommend.”

About: Hi my name is Nadya. I have taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was little. I love being surrounded by animals and love them so much. I love petting and playing with cats and dogs as well as walking dogs. Their happiness means everything to me. I will care for them as if they are my own while I take care of them. I walk my dog every day in the afternoon so I would love to walk your dog or drop-in in the afternoons or evenings as well. I prioritize the care and safety of my pets inside and outside the house. So It will be the same as I care of your pets.

“Absolutely delightful. He was so very kind and patient with my slightly wild puppy. He was on time and took great care with Oliver. I would highly recommend him and will definitely book with Leandro again.”

“Nicola has been incredible. My pup can be a bit anxious, and Nicola has been such a warm and generous presence for her. She is also super professional and communicative and has made the whole experience so easy. Strongly recommend working with Nicola!”

About: After losing my beloved Border Collie, Kato, after 14 years together, I reflected on the stress and worry I always had when trying to find boarding. I understand all dogs have different needs and quirks, and letting a strange person take care of your pet pet in a new environment can be worrisome. I always felt more comfortable with my boy in home with no other dogs, and now that he is gone, I want to offer that to others as well. I have dog-sat for family and friends over the years--a Jack Russell, labs, basset hound, golden retrievers, chihuahuas, and huskies--and they all end up loving me. I think it is my general calm energy and positive reinforcement philosophy. I grew up with a Border Collie, and when I got my driver's license, he decided I was his new #1 in the home (probably from the car rides we would take). I have probably watched every episode of It's Me or The Dog on YouTube/Animal Planet multiple times, and I taken that positive reinforcement philosophy forward with my own research, and I use that approach with my dog and every dog interaction I have. Know that your dog will be in a calm and secure place with me. Currently volunteering at the SF SPCA. I am currently working part-time from home, so I will have plenty of time to look after your pup. I used to bring my dog to a local dog-friendly bar, but I will not be bringing your dog there unless you request it specifically. I live in an apartment in the Castro, so walks in the neighborhood are easy. If they have issues with cars or busy streets, I can walk them up hill towards the dog park which is very quiet. I have a large dog crate if you would like me to use it during their stay, so you don't need to bring your own. No yard, but there's a big, open, gated, parking area that me and some neighbors use for quick fetch sessions. (Let me know if you need parking while you are away.) There is an unfenced dog park up the hill from my apt less than half a mile, and a dog fenced dog park all the way at the top. I have a car, so if they are older or have health issues, I can always drive to either of those parks or anywhere else.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10 years old, including puppies and senior dogs with disabilities, cats, fish, and birds. I love long walks and spending quality time with animals any chance I get. I am currently working remotely. I have a flexible schedule and am available for walks, check-ins, and quality time with pets throughout the day on weekdays and weekends. I am happy to take your pets for walks nearby to your home. Working remotely allows me to be nearby to your pets in the home at all times. I can also crate your pet comfortably if this is needed.

Nadya O.
“Tldr: Nadya is the first person we go to when we need long-term and short-term care for our senior dog, Gracie. While an absolute sweetheart, Gracie has extreme separation anxiety and brain damage from trauma and cancer that can make her more difficult to find care for. Nadya had no issue connecting with Gracie, becoming fast friends and one of Gracie’s top 3 humans. Nadya didn’t blink an eye regarding the long list of instructions for Gracie’s 10+ day stay. She stayed on top of her anxiety and stomach meds, very particular meal schedule, and diaper requirements. She made sure that Gracie was comfortable in the home and quickly showed her where the fancy water fountain and the gorgeous yard were. As you can imagine, staying with Nadya was Gracie’s version of an all-inclusive resort. Gracie learned to look forward to her daily walks and Nadya was always sure to put her sweater on when it was chilly outside. She also didn’t hesitate to let Gracie sleep in bed with her, as she has frequent night terrors and needs extra support at night. I never worried about the wellbeing of Gracie, as photos and updates were sent throughout the day (I may be as dependent on Gracie as she is on me, so this kept me at ease). At pickup, I wasn’t sure Gracie would want to leave, which was a first! I’m certain that Nadya would have held onto Gracie if she could have too! I went home with a happy, healthy, clean, and stress-free Grace, and look forward to her next stay with Nadya! Thank you again for loving my special girl like she was your own- we love you, Nadya!”

Johnny has been walking our dog a couple days a week while we’re at work and it’s been amazing! We are super happy working with him!

It’s a huge relief to have a trusted walker like Benjamin. He’s reliable, timely, and adapts easily if there are any changes needed to my dog’s routine. We’ll be booking again 🐾

Mia was great with Bear on her first walk! She was enthusiastic and confident with all 90 lbs of him =) thank you!

Isabel was great with my 3 Portuguese Water Dogs. I immediately could see how comfortable and experienced she was with my 3 babies. The best part, she ran with them! As working dogs; they thrive on exercise, and Isabel showed her comfort and confidence by taking on this challenge. What a find! I highly recommend Isabel.

Kate happily took on the responsibility of our pet's medications, easily changing applications as the vet indicated. She's a gem!

Mishka texted us and said “Thank you, Bora! Appreciate you taking me to the park to play with my friendz!”
