About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was very young. My family raised many different breeds over the years—from small companion dogs like Pugs, Pekingese, and Pomeranians to large breeds like German Shepherds and Great Danes. I developed a deep love for animals early on and have continued caring for pets into adulthood. I’ve owned both cats and dogs myself, and I’ve helped friends and neighbors care for their pets when they’re away. I’m comfortable bathing pets, giving medication when they’re sick.I treat every animal with patience and love, as if they were my own. As a new sitter on Rover, I’m currently offering a discounted rate to build my experience and reviews — while still providing full care and love! 🐾 I’m currently available full-time and have a very flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends. Since I don’t host pets in my home, I focus on drop-in visits, dog walking, and in-home sitting. I always make time to give your pets the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Although I don’t offer boarding at my home, I’m very experienced with in-home pet care. I will follow your instructions carefully to keep your pets safe, happy, and comfortable in their familiar environment. About: Hi! I’m Alexa and I am from San Diego, California. While growing up, I walked to school and stopping along the way to pet each and every dog we spotted. Eventually my family adopted one of our own, Marley, and from there on out she walked to school with us every day. My love for dogs only grew from there. I would pet sit my neighbors dog when needed (vacation, late from work, etc). Their dog loved to walk but had a hip problem so we had to make his walks shorter and have him wear doggie booties. I also volunteered at Helen Woodward Animal Shelter for a number of years. I’ve been taking care of pets since high school, throughout undergrad and currently while in graduate school! Since I don’t have the time for a pet of my own, I’m more than happy to help out with yours :) Currently in my first doctorate of physical therapy clinical rotation. So I work 4 x 10’s, have Tuesdays and weekends off, would love to help out! I have ample experience cat/dog sitting, and walking or running with dogs! About: I have pet sit for 10+ different dogs since I was 16 rangining from tiny dogs to giant dogs. I have owned cats and dogs my whole life. Including four dogs and six cats. I currently only do dog walking and cat/ dog sitting so I have a very open schedule to care for your animals. Im flexible with times and can provide some same day services. I always want the dog to stick to a routine that it’s used to especially when their owners aren’t home. I know it can be very stressful for animals when their owners leave and I just want to create a soothing environment. I will respect your rules for your pet and not overstep my boundaries.

About: I have been a registered dog foster for 4 years. I have experience with dogs of all ages and breeds. I have been living in the city for over a year now and have decided I have more than enough time to care for a dog or two. Extremely flexible work from home schedule so pet would almost never be left alone. No travel plans coming up anytime soon. Available weekdays and weekends. I live in a pet friendly building in West Loop. Plenty of grass and outdoor areas around building and walkable to several dog parks. About: My family has had 4 golden retrievers, 1 pit bull, and 1 white lab throughout the years. Although I am new to Rover, I have years of experience with house sitting, dog walking, and pet care. I currently work full time but have Thursday and Friday off. I can walk before or after work any day of the week. Message me and I'm sure we can work something out. My dog has a huge yard to explore but we would still take him on walks outside the property often. I am 23 and have a lot of energy so I can handle dogs that are the same. I'm very accommodating. Explain how you like things handled and I will make sure it happens that way.

I regularly step away from my computer to take breaks, so taking a furry friend out for a walk is an added bonus! I will host up to 2 pets a night, I have separate gated areas in my home to ensure food schedules are calm and peaceful while keeping everyone happy as they’re being slowly integrated with one another, everyone is safe and secure at all times. All pets cared for must be potty trained, spayed/neutered, have absolutely no aggression issues towards other animals or people, are not constant barkers or cry and bark due to separation anxiety. ***Aggression issues and separation anxiety of any kind are non-negotiable.*** If your pet has any level of this type of behavior, it’s not the right fit for my home. It’s very important to maintain a calm, peaceful and safe environment for everyone sharing the space. For overnight boarding, pets will sleep downstairs in the main living room area on their own bed/crate, pets will not be permitted to be on furniture or in the upstairs bedroom areas. About: Mom to the most perfect pup, Stella! I grew up with dogs and I’ve watched many pups along the way. I know how hard it is to find someone you trust with your dog and I would love nothing more to take care of your fur babies! We love any and all pups and they would be treated like family! I currently work from home and take my own dog on 2/3 walks per day, not including potty breaks. My job is flexible so I am easily available to work with your dogs needs throughout the week. Stella is spoiled, we’ve got beds in every room for her and our apartment does have a balcony however the space between the bars is mininimal. If your dog is a little one, I of course wouldn’t let them out there. I’m happy to accommodate special diets and care if needed! Our complex is very dog friendly, we have two big outdoor parks and pass lots of furry friends along the walks.
