About: Hi there! I've loved dogs ever since I can remember. I was finally lucky enough to get my own dog in 2007. Buddy was my amazing companion and taught me so much. He unfortunately passed away in 2022 and I was/still am devestated. I'm excited to be able to surround myself with dogs (as my hubby (Josh)and I are not mentally ready to get another one). My husband Josh is amazing with dogs, he always treated my dog as his own (one of the reasons why I fell in love with him)! I am a home-based travel agent which allows me to book trips for you and watch your pup while you're away! This allows me to have an extremely flexible schedule to better care for your pup! I love exploring new trails and parks, taking pictures and I have tons of toys and games and enrichment for your dog. We look forward to sharing our home and hearts with your pup! Being an home-based travel agent with no structured schedule makes it easy for me to be flexible with my schedule. I'm available for daily walks (whichever length is needed), daily dog sitting (at my condo) and overnight boarding (at my condo). I provide lots of toys, healthy treats and snacks and puzzles for enrichment. My condo is in Port Coquitlam and I'm on the ground floor for easy accessibility. Must be potty trained. I have a car to take dogs further out of Poco to try new parks and trails. I also have dog stairs for easy accessibility for small or older dogs to get onto the couch or bed. He's great with them, one of the reasons I fell in love with him, he treated my dog like his. All the dogs are allowed on the bed and couch.

About: I have had 2 cats for nearly my whole life until I unfortunately lost my last one a few months ago. They both lived to be over 17 years old so I know how to give pets a long, happy, healthy life. I have been a pet sitter for a few friends over the years, with periods from a few hours, to a few days, to a few weeks. I am very attuned to the needs of animals and am aware of the differences between cats and dogs. I always aspire to have a safe and comfortable environment for the pet, always allowing them to smell me and get comfortable with me before trying to fully bond, for example. I am happy to arrange FaceTimes with your animals to increase comfort levels too 😊 I work from home full time during regular business hours so I am available most of the day for at least brief attention and playing/engagement, and can provide potty breaks during my lunch, or quickly throughout the day as required. I have a spacious 3-bedroom apartment so the pet will have lots of space to explore. Since I work from home, I can provide more attention than if I had to be at the office. I am happy to play with and engage with the pets throughout the day, and make sure they are well fed and comfortable 😊

To her, this is not just a job, but a passion. Anyone can show up and clean a litter box- but Erin does a phenomenal job at showing up. I can guarantee that she is reliable. She showed up, gave my kitty medicine, kept him company - sometimes longer than necessary so he became more comfortable around her, and did routine maintenance. I received pictures and notes. I can’t recommend Levanna enough! They did an outstanding job caring for my cat while I was away. They followed all of my instructions perfectly, made sure my cat was well-fed, played with him, and sent me lots of adorable pictures and detailed updates every time they checked in - which gave me such peace of mind. They went above and beyond by vacuuming around the litter box and even cleaning my vacuum afterward! I really appreciated their attention to detail - they even noticed a cable that could have been a safety hazard, checked with me first, and then unplugged it to keep my cat safe. It’s so reassuring to know my cat was in such trustworthy, caring hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Levanna again - they truly treated my home and my pet with care and respect. Highly recommended!
