“I have 2 older dogs, one is deaf and the other blind. As you can appreciate, I was a little apprehensive about leaving my boys with a stranger (I live 2 hours away and could not do a meet and greet beforehand). However, I knew on the first night that I picked them up after daycare that they were happy and at ease. My blind doggie was even beginning to navigate the sitters house after the 2nd day. My boys stayed with them for 4 days while was in training and I picked them up each night. This is a very kind, loving home and they dont take more than 2 dogs at a time. I am very happy with the services I received from Kim, Blair and their kids. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.”

About: Our family recently lost our 15 year old dog. Although we aren’t ready to get another dog, our girls are older and really enjoy caring for extended families pets and friends dogs. We love to have the company every once in a while and a good walk with a friendly companion! My husband and I both work from home- with the odd time going into the office, but it’s flexible. On weekends - when we aren’t busy- we are at home or at our family cottage which is a dog haven! We have a larger fenced in yard which allows for dogs to run free but also a safe quiet neighborhood for long walks along pathways. In addition to a dog run close by if that’s a preference by owner. I currently work Monday - Friday from home, usually only one day in the office. Which would allow me to do 2-3 walks per day, pending your dogs needs and keeping as close to your regular routine. We also have two kids that love dogs, love to play, and train new tricks. They also love to snuggle! We are rarely all gone from the home, which means your pup will never be left for long periods of time alone.

About: I have been trained by professional dog trainers to handle Dogs. Pets need a safe and cozy shelter, regular bio breaks and exercise, healthy habits, and an abundance of love and care - Your loved ones will get all of these under my supervision. I have also been certified by Canadian Red Cross to handle common dog emergencies confidently, perform dog first aid, identify normal vital signs and perform CPR for dogs to manage wounds, respond to seizures, and support overall dog health and well-being. We have a friendly and well trained yellow lab, who can be involved with your pet, or give him/her the requisite space, based on the comfort level of your pet. We have a large spare crate with a clean and sanitised bedding for your pet. Working from home offers me the flexibility and ample time to cater to your dog's needs without compromising my professional responsibilities. I ensure that both my own lab and the pets we care for receive the necessary attention, exercise, and mental stimulation throughout the day. We live in an independent town house and have a super friendly and trained Labrador to keep your furry pals busy. My place is at a walking distance of a huge park, and many nearby dog friendly walking trails. I do understand the value of providing regular updates on how your dog is doing.
