About: From my first family cat at age 3, to the German Shepherd I rescued and I trained to win two 4-H County Obediance Championships, to the two wonderful cats my kids and I adopted from the SPCA, I've spent my whole life loving and caring for cats and dogs, and I look forward to caring for and loving yours:) As a full-time high school Music and English teacher, I'm currently available late afternoons, evenings and weekends. But in the summer, I will have much more availability. My teenagers are old enough to stay home on their own, so short-term house sitting and overnight pet care are also possible for me. I could immediately tell she was a dog lover !! She was great with our first meet and greet to make sure that our dog wasn’t anxious around her and she made sure we spent a decent amount of time letting him get comfortable with her. The day of her first drop in visit she was great to update me and let me know when she was headed over. She made sure he peed and had lots of water on a very hot day.
