About: A lifelong pet lover and former pet parent. I know them happy , safe and loved. I enjoy long walks, playtime, belly rubs and lots of cuddles. Currently working part time so I have lots of flexibility to look after your best friends needs. Weekends are wide open for care at this point. I treat your home and pets with the same care and respect as I would my own. Follow instructions for feeding, walks and medication, and make sure your pet feels safe and happy while you are away.
“Loren was very sweet and took good care of my kitty while I was away on a trip! Loki seemed to be happy upon my return! She was very responsive, gave good updates and spent quality time with Loki, making sure he had his daily brushing and treats! I would recommend Loren!”

“Bridget took great care of our girls and dropped in twice so we could enjoy a night out! She sent us several photos and followed all of our requests perfectly! We will definitely continue to use Bridget!”

“I can see why Cleah is so highly recommended, I couldn’t ask for a better experience doing a drop-in for my mature cat. Communication from Cleah was fantastic, she followed my requests/instructions (change food, water and litter) perfectly. Even brought a package inside the door since she knew we were out of town! Will definitely use her services again.”
“Ross was great! I highly recommend him to everyone. He sent us several photos after each visit, and our cats warmed up to him quickly. He's very trustworthy and always responded promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter!”

“Kelsey did a great job feeding and walking our dog while we were away. It was a bit complex because our dog was in our RV in an RV park, but she figured it all out. She was on time, sent photos, and everything was tidy when we returned. I'd definitely recommend her.”
About: I have experience with dog sitting a dog with anxiety and able to give medications. Also have experience feeding dogs raw food. Plus I have two Huskies of my own that I raise from puppies. I have experience with taking dogs for walks and to the dog park where they can be themselves. I'm currently looking after one dog occasionally when the person goes away. So I have alot of time in my day to look after other animals. I own two Huskies but my partner can look after them when I'm away. I always put the dog safety first and make sure they are not getting in anything they shouldn't. On a walk and I see another dog coming I will pull over to one side and let the dogs pass. If you have a dog with anxiety, I will listen to there body language. When they say it's enough it's enough. I will leave or turn around and go home. If they need to decompress I will give them time to do that.

I understand that each pet has a unique personality and routine, so I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. As a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), I have developed strong skills in providing compassionate care, paying close attention to individual needs, and staying calm in different situations. I bring that same level of responsibility and kindness to pet care. I understand that every pet has a unique schedule, so I follow each owner's instructions carefully to maintain their normal routine and help them feel comfortable. My weekly schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits when needed. Whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I am committed to providing reliable, loving, and consistent care so pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication (if needed), and any special instructions from the owner. In a client's home, I respect their space and do my best to keep the pet's routine as normal as possible. “Jaiden was so good with our cat scout. Scout normally has a hard time adjusting to new places but she was so at home with Jaiden purring and even making biscuits by the second day! Would highly recommend!!”

“Karen was amazing with our June, she took amazing care and updated us daily with photos and details about how she was doing. It gave us incredible peace of mind while being away from home. Would recommend Karen to anyone, she is absolutely terrific!”

“Keisha was awesome with our bonded pair of skittish kitties. I had her come in once a day for four days. Loved getting the report card every day with pictures and knowing how much of their food they ate, how much they interacted, etc. This was my first time using Rover, and she made me feel fully comfortable with using the platform and leaving my little guys in her capable hands. Thanks, Keisha!”

“Delightful! Wonderful personality! Kind to my animals and very respectful in my home! You would be stupid not to reach out to her! Thank you soooo much!!!! You made my holiday better!”

“I was initially nervous about leaving my cats in someone else’s care, but Cassandra quickly put my mind at ease. She is incredibly responsible and a fantastic communicator. Throughout my time away, she provided regular updates, photos, and thoughtful details about how my cats were doing, which really helped me relax. It was clear from the start that Cassandra genuinely cares about animals and takes her role seriously. My cats were happy, well-fed, and comfortable when I returned, and I could tell they had been in great hands. I highly recommend Cassandra to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring cat sitter!”

Keisha took excellent care of our 4 Guinea Pigs while we were away for two weeks! Highly recommend her for any pet sitting. Our children loved the photo updates everyday, and we had peace of mind knowing the piggies were being cared for daily while we were away.

Lucy has been amazing with our puppy, Hudson! She has been helping with midday visits while we’re working, taking him for short walks, giving him lots of attention, and helping reinforce his puppy training and routines. She’s reliable, communicative, and clearly cares about him. Hudson is always excited to see her, and we have complete confidence in her care. We (and Hudson!) absolutely love Lucy and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support with their dog.

Lori is hands down the absolute best! From the very first moment my dog met her, it was instant love—and honestly, I felt the exact same way. I was completely out of touch and unable to communicate while I was away, but I had total peace of mind because Lori already felt just like family. We love her so much! If pets could leave reviews, I know they would join us in giving Lori a million stars. We couldn’t recommend her more! Hey Lori, if in the future you will need any favor, dont hesitate to message us! Keep in touch! ❤️ so much love

Rhonda was a wonderful sitter, very reliable and caring, even in the midst of a crippling snowstorm that brought the city to a halt and cancelled my initial return flight. I had to be in another province and she sent me daily photos and updates. I will definitely ask her to come by again; so glad to have found her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
