About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I had a greyhound 🐕and a Siamese/Himalayan mix 🐈 who lived to 14½ and 17 years old. After saying goodbye to my two senior pets in 2025, I joined Rover to share my time and care with other people’s beloved pets. About: From my first family cat at age 3, to the German Shepherd I rescued and I trained to win two 4-H County Obediance Championships, to the two wonderful cats my kids and I adopted from the SPCA, I've spent my whole life loving and caring for cats and dogs, and I look forward to caring for and loving yours:) As a full-time high school Music and English teacher, I'm currently available late afternoons, evenings and weekends. But in the summer, I will have much more availability. My teenagers are old enough to stay home on their own, so short-term house sitting and overnight pet care are also possible for me. I'm not able to care for pets in my home, as I have two cats that may not appreciate animal vistors. However, I can visit your home, and possibly stay overnight short term.

About: Hi, we’re Hayley and Lucy! We recently moved to Halifax and are offering pet care in HRM. We are proud pet parents to our two cats, Waluigi and Tiggy. We have almost 20 years of combined experience caring for pets, including cats, dogs, and small animals. Between us, we have extensive experience with feeding, administering medications, cleaning litter boxes and cages, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. We’ve lived with cats, rabbits, hamsters, and birds, giving us hands-on experience with a wide range of pet needs, routines, and personalities. Originally from Ontario, we understand what it’s like to not always have a large support system nearby when you need a helping hand. We hope to make life easier for pet parents by providing reliable and compassionate pet care support, whether that means checking in on your pets while you’re away, caring for your pets during vacations, or helping with dog walks while you’re at work! Between the two of us we have lots of flexibility to accommodate different routines. We have a car and can come to you on weekdays and weekends. Open availability on Fridays and weekends and available for walks and check-ins through Monday-Thursday in the mornings and evenings.
