About: I have had a special place in my heart for animals of all kind my whole life. I have a dog and three cats of my own and I have dogsat for friends and family on many occasions for prolonged periods. By day, I am a Pharmacy Technician, which means I’m patient, empathetic, and have medical experience (I’m very comfortable administering medication and injections). I work full time but I have the time to give your pet quality time and attention, walks, bathroom breaks, and whatever other special care they might need. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and kitties of all attitudes. I will make sure your pet is cared for in the way that they’re used to being cared for so they feel comfortable and you feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands. For winter walks, I follow a safety-first policy. If sidewalks are icy, there is freezing rain/sleet, or conditions are unsafe for walking, I may need to cancel or reschedule. I’ll always give as much notice as possible.

I am comfortable and capable with large barnyard animals to the smallest of household pets. I have been an animal lover and caregiver for my entire life. Now thatni am retired, I am thrilled to devote my time to being woth animals. I enjoy caring for them in theor own home. And I have a secure fenced backyard for doggy guests. I am able to stay with them for added security and attention. I've been a hobby farm owner, worked on a farm, have had the joy of loving many animals. Walks and choresand quiet times are aspects I really enjoy. I feel I have a connection with animals and have a calm spirit that soothes them when needed. I am retired. So my weekdays and weekends are available. I can housesit or just visit depending on the location. I have a completely and securely fenced backyard. So I can offer doggy guests safety and worry-free play time. Lots of shade or sunny spots, a small wading pool for water lovers and even a good spot to dig in the dirt. I have no pets of my own at this time. I am a non-smoker and dedicated to providing the best care for beloved pets. I have reliable transportation. I am very fit and love taking pets for walks , playing in backyards or resting and relaxing with senior pets. For doggy daycare clients, I offer a securely fenced back yard and worry-free indoor space. My attention is all for my guest when they are here. I am home full time and enjoy playtime with my guests. I am comfortable giving medications. I am capable of barnyard chores and large animal care.

About: I have had dogs my whole life from puppies to seniors to rescues. I have experience with all different types of personalities and preferences. I take the time to get to know your fur babies to provide care as close to what you would provide to them as I can. I work downtown so I am able to drop in on my lunch to check in or walk. I am also availability for pet sitting. I will take the time to review all your pets needs and ask questions to ensure you feel comfortable trusting your pet with me as I know it can be hard to leave them with someone else.

About: Hi there, My name is Carissa and I have been caring for animals for 15 years now from dogs to harp seals. I am energetic and love hiking and walking, but I am also a good snuggle buddy if need be. I do not mind stopping in to administer medications or just for company and a pee break. About: I have been around animals my entire life, my family has always had many pets and a lot of dogs. I currently have two cats but would get a dog in a heart beat if I could ! I work part-time but not a lot of hours a week which means I could have lots of time to watch and walk animals, I am free most mornings/afternoons! I am patient with animals and love all of them I would take care of your animals whether I am walking or just stopping in and they will get lots of love .

I’ve cared for pets through long-term stays as well as check-ins while owners are at work. One unique thing about me is that I am in pharmacy school, meaning I have knowledge and comfortability surrounding medications. I would love to get to know your pets! Working remotely means my schedule is quite flexible allowing me to offer frequent potty breaks, playtime, or simply companionship throughout the day. While I’m unable to board pets in my apartment, I’m happy to travel to your home and visit nearby parks and neighbourhood walking routes to keep your pet active and in their familiar environment.

About: I've taken care of three different types of medium and large dogs in my family as I've grown up. One was a German shepherd/husky mix, another was a terrier/Shih Tzu mix, and my current dog is a black Labrador retriever. I have come to understand just how much of a responsibility comes with being a dog owner ever since I was little, so I know it's not always just a walk in the park (pun intended). I am experienced with both senior dogs and puppies, and am extremely attentive in order to cater to their needs. Safety is always a priority to me as well as properly maintained communication between myself and any client/employer. I am available any day, as long as I am given at least a day's notice in advance. I am also a part-time online student during the spring semester, so I have a fairly flexible schedule for pet care. I always make sure my own dog has access to water and feed him on schedule everyday (getting up early is not an issue). I make sure to pay attention to whenever he needs to be let outside to do his business or if he needs to get some energy out. His exercise is also a priority whether that be walking, running, or playing fetch in a field. While on walks, I keep him on-leash unless in an enclosed public field for dogs and I carry poop bags with me at all times when I take my dog anywhere.
