About: My sister said that if she reincarnates she wants to come back as an animal in my care. I thanked her, promising she would be my favorite. I am comfortable and capable with large barnyard animals to the smallest of household pets. I have been an animal lover and caregiver for my entire life. Now that I am retired, I am thrilled to devote my time to being with animals. I enjoy caring for them in their own home. And I have a secure fenced backyard for doggy guests. I have a dog and three cats of my own and I have dogsat for friends and family on many occasions for prolonged periods. By day, I am a Pharmacy Technician, which means I’m patient, empathetic, and have medical experience (I’m very comfortable administering medication and injections). I work full time but I have the time to give your pet quality time and attention, walks, bathroom breaks, and whatever other special care they might need. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and kitties of all attitudes. I will make sure your pet is cared for in the way that they’re used to being cared for so they feel comfortable and you feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands. For winter walks, I follow a safety-first policy. If sidewalks are icy, there is freezing rain/sleet, or conditions are unsafe for walking, I may need to cancel or reschedule. About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember, I grew up with dogs and cats always in the house. They became my best friends and as I got older I realized that nothing would make me happier then getting to work with animals everyday. I started my own dog walking and sitting business when I was 18. I ran this for several years, earning the trust of countless people to enter their homes and care for their animals. Now 10 years later I have decided to get back into pet care. I am so excited to meet you and your pets! I know we will get along great. About: From a young age I’ve always had a passion for animals and providing proper care. From dogs to hamsters and others in between. At my family home I’ve taken care of upwards of 9 pets. I’ve also babysat overnight my boyfriends two shih tzus. I’ve been a sitter on Rover in Wolfville for a year now, but I moved back to my hometown. I am currently working full time at Jollytails! I am free for dog walks in the evening & can do over night stays on the weekends. My shifts are quite long (10 hours) so it makes overnights more difficult during the week as I wouldn’t want to leave your fur baby for that long! Unfortunately I can not offer at home boarding as I live at home with 4 cats. I’m willing to come to your home to do overnight stays and I have a car as well to take your dog(s) for drives to parks/lakes.
