About: I'm here to give your furry family the care they deserve, especially while you’re away which can be stressful for both sides. I grew up with dogs so am familiar with their needs and I'm currently a cat-mom. Since I was 9 years old, neighbours trusted me to visit their homes for pet care while they were traveling. I am also happy to send update photos of their life while you're away! EXPERIENCE Animal Types - Dogs and cats - Other: turtle, parrot, hamster Age Ranges - 2yr to senior age (puppy training is NOT offered) Medications - Experience with giving pills and medicated ear drops to both dogs and cats. - Injections: If injections are required, a thorough tutorial before you leave your pet in my care is required. I’m not formally needle trained, but can follow instructions and take pet healthcare needs seriously. AVAILABILITY I work from home so can be flexible with availability, although I'm unable to host pets in my home at this time. As for your pet's routines, you can trust I won’t miss a feeding time, potty break, or belly rub session. Your pet is in safe, reliable hands. *IMPORTANT NOTE* Please be familiar with what each service provides. Housesitting implies I will be staying overnight at your location. Drop-in sessions are short visits to your location. I believe in meeting pets where they are. 🐶 For a dog, I’ll bring the energy and playtime. For a cat? 😽 I understand they might just want to be left to contemplate life while perched on top of the fridge because....boundaries. Rest easy that I’ll get to know your pet’s unique personality and tailor my approach, because I'm the guest in their space!

About: I grew up with two labs and a little grey cat, as well as the bonus cats I was in charge of feeding whenever my neighbours went out of town. I don't have any pets now, but I love to go for big walks and would love to have some company on my little neighbourhood outings. I'm currently a graduate student with a flexible schedule. I am available for walks on weekdays in the early mornings or evenings, and on weekends. I can pick your dog up from your home for walks. I prefer to keep to the sidewalks and groomed walking trails. I am comfortable with large dogs as well as small ones.

Whether your dog is a couch potato who wants a friend to cuddle with, or is an athlete who wants a jogging buddy to join them in the park, we're happy to work with you to meet your pet's needs and to keep them content while you're away or at work. We specialize in caring for herding dogs (Aussies and Shelties), but welcome any and all 4-legged friends! We have some flexibility during the daytime (can provide lunch time walks), and have open availability in the afternoons (after 3pm), evenings, and on weekends. We are extremely cautious of your pet's safety as well as the security and safety of your home. We take every measure possible to keep your pet out of harm's way and abide by the routines which are set out for us when meeting you.

I work from home, so your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day—no long hours alone. I’m experienced with daily routines, walks, playtime, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for. I’m happy to care for puppies (with all the patience and consistency they need!) as well as senior dogs who may need a gentler, more relaxed approach. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers to cuddle and relax, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. I work from home most days, which allows me to give pets lots of attention and keep a consistent routine. I’m home Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and weekends, so your pet will have plenty of company throughout the day. On Wednesdays, I’m in the office, but I’m located very close to home and can easily come back for check-ins, walks, and care as needed. Overall, I have a flexible schedule and can adapt to your pet’s routine to make sure they’re comfortable, well cared for, and never left alone for long. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a pet-friendly apartment on the main floor, which means quick and easy access to the outdoors for bathroom breaks and walks—no long waits or elevators needed. We’re also located near great off-leash parks and walking areas, perfect for getting in lots of exercise and fresh air (always based on your comfort level and your dog’s needs). Inside, my home is clean, calm, and set up to be a safe, cozy environment where your dog can relax and feel at home. I’m attentive, responsible, and always mindful of each dog’s routine, safety, and well-being.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I recently said goodbye to my two senior pets, my sweet greyhound and my talkative Siamese/Himalayan mix, who lived to 14.5 and 17. After years of loving and caring for them, I find myself missing the daily rhythm of walks, meals and quiet cuddle time. That’s why I’ve joined Rover: to share my time and care with other people’s beloved pets. I’m experienced with senior animals and pets with special needs. I’ve helped with mobility issues, administered oral medications, applied ointments, and handled daily routines with gentleness and patience. About: I welcome all dogs into my home,. Small, large, energetic and subdued. Growing up with all different varieties of dogs has given me a confidence when dealing with all sorts of behaviors. I can relate to them, and be sure I'm giving them the care they need, where it be a run in the woods, our a casual walk around the neighborhood. I also volunteer at the SPCA as a dog companion, which has given me the opportunity to learn from my peers in all sorts of animal behavior. You can count on me to give your dog the attention they deserve. I also have an 8 year old Siberian Husky, who loves other dogs if they would like a playmate. If your dog is more into relaxing alone, that's also no problem. I currently work from home, so you can rest assured your pet will have companionship, 24/7. I like to fit in at least three walks a day, depending on your dog's needs. I have a fenced yard, where your dog can move freely and get familiar with their new surroundings. I also make a point to always dedicate a safe, private space in my home for my dog guests, where they can relax, and feel safe.
