15. Bethany & Michael P.
“It is my great pleasure to share with you why my husband and I support Bethany in her application to become a pet caregiver with Rover. We have known Bethany for years as a former student, an employee on our farm and as our primary caregiver for our sweet Goldendoodle Mela from 2012 - August 2024. Bethany stayed in our home with Mela and with our knowledge took her to her family's cottage so that Mela could swim and play with children and other dogs. Mela had a rare disease that most dogs do not survive, Idiopathic Mediated Hemolytic Anemia. She was stricken with it at 6 months of age. Quite surprisingly and thankfully she lived to be 12.5 years old. You might imagine that it took a person such as Bethany for us to leave Mela in someone else's care. Bethany is smart and kind. She is reliable, responsible and she is at heart, a decent human being with a love of dogs that is at once, patient, assertive and generous. You may know that she has helped train several Goldendoodles to be guide or working dogs. We have had those dogs spend time with Mela. She has the knowledge, skills and personality for training and educating dogs with loving kindness. We support her without hesitation. If we can be of any other help, please email us.”

16. Ryan L.
“Leaving my beloved dog Shelby in someone else's care has always been a source of anxiety for me, but Ryan completely put my mind at ease. From the moment I met him, it was evident that he has a genuine love for animals. During Shelby's stay with Ryan, I received regular updates and photos, showcasing just how happy and content she was in his care. Ryan's attention to detail and genuine affection for dogs truly set him apart. Shelby came back home happy and energetic. I can confidently say that Ryan is a fantastic overnight dog sitter, and I would absolutely trust him with Shelby's care again in the future.”

17. Zakia B.
“I highly recommend Zakia as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. She goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of all animals under her care. Her patience, attention to detail, and gentle nature make her a natural when it comes to handling pets. I trust Zakia implicitly and would recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy and loving caregiver for their furry friends.”

19. Carolina A.

“I recently hired this dog daycare sitter, and I couldn't be more impressed. She went above and beyond to ensure my pet had a great day. Not only did she provide lots of photos and videos of him throughout the day, I didn’t even realize the website allowed video updates—such a nice surprise! She was very attentive and asked all the right questions to tailor the service to my Rocky’s needs. Throughout his stay, she sent consistent updates, which made me feel really comfortable. When something came up, she was super flexible with the drop-off time and was totally understanding. Her service was top-notch—friendly, caring, and professional. It was clear that my dog had a great time, especially since she has her own adorable pet, and I know they had fun together. I will definitely be hiring her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

20. Peter & Melissa D.
“Peter looked after my dog, Charlie, for a week when I was away and he did a great job. Took Charloe for walks, played with him, laid on the sofa with him and fed him at the times I said was needed. His love of dogs is no joke! He sure loves them.”
