Ben was exceptional! We have a full house with 3 cats and a large dog that are new to living with each other but Ben took great care of everyone and made sure these anxious mamas were updated on the babies, despite us having limited service on our trip. When we returned, the house was tidy, he'd done his own laundry and our fur kids were all very happy and well cared for. Definitely will be booking him again when we need care!
Lyne was amazing! She took great care of our dog and cats while we were away. We got lots of updates with pictures. When we came back, the house looked the exact same as we left it! This was our first time leaving our fur babies home on vacation and we very much appreciate the care she gave them and reassurance she gave us. We would definitely book her again!!
Jenna did an excellent job of caring for our girl. When you meet her you can immediately tell how much she loves dogs and understands dog behaviour and their individual quirks. Emmy liked her right away and I felt confident that she would do a great job. She sent pics and videos to keep us updated while we were away. Jaime was so lovely to us and our senior gal, Jeans. She is a pro who navigated our dog’s daily meds and separation anxiety by meeting her with such a calming presence and keeping in touch with us throughout her stay. Would gladly have her back and highly recommend for those looking to have peace of mind while they’re away.
Clara was amazing with our cat, Billy! We were a bit hesitant to leave him with a sitter for the weekend because of an ongoing health concern, but she was incredibly responsive, proactive, and put our minds at ease with lots of photos and updates. She even went above and beyond by keeping timed notes whenever Billy had symptoms, so we knew exactly when they happened and what he was doing at the time. On top of that, Billy absolutely loved Clara and adjusted to her so quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend her!
Tamanna & Pramod stayed at our home with our two cats, and I could not be happier. They kept me informed with how the girls were doing by sending pictures and e-mails. Most importantly, they were wonderful with the cats who were happy and relaxed when we got home. One of them was very shy the first day, but it did not take long for her to get back to her normal self under their excellent care. I plan to ask them to care for them again next time we travel.
Lucy looked after our dog Scrappy in our home for a week and we couldn’t be happier with how well she cared for Scrappy and how respectfully she treated our home.
