A typical day
Playing with the pet of course and giving them attention they need. Also making sure we get outside time and exercise. If the dog is shy or nervous, I usually sit on the floor and see if they come to me.

Pet care experience
I am 29 years old, a student at Saint Mary’s University and working part time at the Black Market Boutique. My favourite places to walk is in neighbourhoods such as the hydrostone, north end area, point pleasant but honestly I love to walk anywhere. I love playing and running with dogs, they deserve all the attention they can get. My dog was a silky terrier, lived a happy, healthy life for 13 years. He had diabetes which caused him to be blind and to lose control of his bladder, as a result he wore a diaper. He had to go out every couple of hours, every time I had to take the diaper off and put it back on. I have experience with giving him insulin needles 2 times a day, and I am very caring and patient with dogs and comfortable with all types and sizes!

Melissa is amazing! She kept us abreast of Freddy's well being while we were away accompanied by photos. Freddy loves her and he has been looking for her since our return. Worthy of mention, she kept the house clean and tidy. She's an unofficial family member now. We will certainly be inviting her back! Thank you Melissa, H and J and Freddy
Melissa is a very kind and gentle person. Even my shy dog was almost immediately comfortable with her. I look forward to her coming to walk them again.
Melissa was great looking after my kitty Guinness. Kind, compassionate and dependable. Great communication and frequent updates with pics. Highly recommend.
