Hi! My name is Tamanna, a lifelong animal lover located in downtown Halifax. I have grown up with animals and truly believe the journey of life is so much happier with a pet by our side. I grew up surrounded by animals—dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs—and often found myself pet-sitting for friends long before I made it official! These days, I’m a proud cat mom to two wonderful rescue cats, Sophie and Simba, who completely rule my heart. Whether I’m hiding treats for cats to discover, playing fetch with dogs, or just enjoying a quiet cuddle session, spending time with animals is one of the things I love most. I’m unable to provide boarding for dogs due to my apartment restrictions, however, I’m more than happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. When house-sitting, I always take the time to understand your home’s rules and any boundaries you’ve set for your pet. Whether it’s where they’re allowed to go, how they’re fed, or daily rituals you’ve built together, I do my best to maintain that same structure. I also like to get a clear sense of their usual routine—meal times, treat schedules, walks, playtime, and even their favorite napping spots—so I can replicate that rhythm while you're away.

Tamanna and Pramod did an excelent job! We love them, but most importantly, Murphy does too and he gets so excited now when he sees them. We booked Tamanna and Pramod for the third time in a row now. We changed the routine a few times around regarding food/ medicine and supplements for our boy, Murphy (due to some health issues) and we are so grateful that Murphy continued to have the same amount of care in Tamanna’s and Pramod watch. We could not be happier for their excellent care and could not recomand them enough!
Tamanna & Pramod stayed at our home with our two cats, and I could not be happier. They kept me informed with how the girls were doing by sending pictures and e-mails. Most importantly, they were wonderful with the cats who were happy and relaxed when we got home. One of them was very shy the first day, but it did not take long for her to get back to her normal self under their excellent care. I plan to ask them to care for them again next time we travel.
Tamanna and Pramod were amazing with Murphy while we were away. They stayed at our place because Murphy gets separation anxiety, and they took such good care of him. He has a complicated diet and routine, but they followed everything carefully, kept the house clean, and updated us regularly. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing Murphy was in such good hands. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend them!
After being amazing the first time, I rebooked Tamanna and Pramod for my two cats. They were wonderful again, going above and beyond to repot a plant after my brats knocked it over and broke the pot. I'll definitely reach out next time I need a sitter.
Tamanna and Pramod were awesome with my two kitties. They were great at letting me know they were visiting and sharing photos every day. Both the kitties seemed happy and healthy when I got back from vacation. After the first meet and greet I knew my cats would be in great hands, Tamanna and Pramod are both cat people - even my shy one loved them from day 1.
Tamanna and Pramond M. were both a delight to work with. Their care and love for their own cats was evident in how they took care of mine. I would definitely book them again!

Schedule
My job is entirely remote, so I am quite flexible during weekdays. I can easily pop in for a doggy walk or feed and play with the cats. I am also open during weekends if I have a week's notice.

- It’s super helpful to know about their daily routine—meal times, walking schedules, play preferences, and where they like to relax. I also like to ask about any specific rules you have at home, so I can keep up the boundaries and habits your pet is used to. If your pet has any medical needs, special diets, or behavioral quirks, that’s really important for me to know ahead of time. Whether it’s giving medication, avoiding certain triggers, or just knowing how they like to be approached, I always want to respect their individual needs and comfort zones.
