A dog mama of two, I’d love to host pups in my home so they have a home away from home when you are away! I am a full time stay at home mom to a toddler. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up learning hands-on from my mom, who was a dog trainer and groomer, so from a young age I was exposed to proper handling, training, and understanding of animal behaviour. Over the years, I’ve cared for a wide range of animals in different settings. I’ve owned and looked after dogs of all sizes and breeds, and even had early experience caring for exotic pets while living in Papua New Guinea. My experience also includes working in a veterinary clinic where I took on the role of a vet assistant, volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation centre, and working in an animal shelter where I was also the lead dog handler, so I’m very comfortable with animals of all temperaments, including those who may be nervous, shy, or require a bit of extra patience. I’m currently in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine programme at the Atlantic Veterinary College training to be a vet, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in BioVeterinary Science, minoring in Equine Science, along with an undergraduate certificate in Animal Welfare. I have a particular interest in animal behaviour and training, and I always aim to make pets feel safe, understood, and comfortable in my care while emphasising fear-free care. I am also able to provide medical care as well. Whether your pet is high-energy, a little anxious, or just needs some extra love and attention, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and provide care that’s tailored to them. I am currently on summer break from vet school and is available all days of the week to provide drop-in visits, dog walks, pet sitting, or administer medications according to my provided availability. I always aim to care for pets in a way that keeps them feeling safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. Every animal is different, so I adapt my care based on their personality, energy level, and individual needs. In a client’s home, I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and affection while also respecting the routines they’re used to. I’m comfortable administering basic care and medications, providing medical care, monitoring behaviour, and caring for anxious or shy animals with patience and understanding. I also make it a priority to keep owners updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind. About: Having professional experience in boarding/ daycare kennels allows me the ability to understand dog behavior and how to handle dogs of all temperaments. As well as pet sitting for family friends for years. Currently enrolled full time at Dalhousie and working part time, but have flexibility to accommodate your needs. Keeping in mind how I would want my own cat or dog to be treated if they were entrusted to another person's care.

About: I love all sized and tempered dogs! As a tech student I have the ability to medicate, train and bath/ groom with nothing but love I’m currently a student full time so my schedule varies but reach out and I’m sure I can make it work! I work from home with flexible hours and set my own schedule, allowing me to spend unrushed, consistent time with pets in my care. This flexibility helps me adapt to your pet’s specific needs and maintain their normal routine while you’re away. I prioritize safety, routine, and respect for each pet’s needs. I follow care instructions closely, keep environments clean and calm, and ensure pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for.

I’ve walked dogs for others and understand how important patience, routine, and trust are for animals. I currently work part-time, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. I’m available for check-ins, walks, or overnight stays in your home depending on what works best for you and your pet. While I don’t host animals in my own home, I’m happy to come to yours to make sure your pets are comfortable, cared for, and sticking to their usual routine. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure they feel relaxed and secure by keeping their normal schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. I love taking photos and sending regular updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you're away. I know how important it is to have peace of mind when someone else is caring for your pet. I also have a car, so if your dog is comfortable riding in a vehicle, we can go on fun outings to local parks or even quick trips to the pet store for extra exercise and enrichment. I treat every pet like family and focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment while you're away.

About: I've been loving on and taking care of pets since I was a little kid. I'm that person who gets along with pets more than people and go straight to them at a party 🙃 I love to take dogs out on lots of walks, cuddle cats while I'm crocheting, and make sure that they are well taken care of. I'm currently between jobs and looking to pick up some work ASAP. I have lots of timt to spoil ypur pets. Open for weekends and holidays as well. I am a great guest and responsible house keeper.
