About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember, starting with Ginger, my family's German shepherd and husky mix, and four cats growing up. I later spent about two years volunteering at my local SPCA, working hands-on with dogs of every size and temperament, from bouncy puppies to nervous rescues. I've also had cats of my own as an adult, including two rescues, and fostered kittens before I started traveling. Since then I've cared for pets through farm stays and housesits across Costa Rica, Panama, Spain, and Canada — dogs, cats, chickens, goats, even an adult pet rat. I'm comfortable administering medication, working with anxious or senior animals, and managing multi-pet households. I'm calm, attentive, and treat every home and animal I look after like my own. I'm currently transitioning to the San Mateo County area temporarily starting early November and building my schedule around pet care full-time, so I have plenty of flexibility for house sits, and daily visits, including extended or last-minute stays. I don't currently have a conflicting 9-to-5, which means I can commit fully to a pet's normal routine for the length of a booking rather than fitting care in around other work. Since I focus on house sitting, I stay at your home rather than asking your pet to adjust to a new environment. I follow feeding, medication, and walking routines exactly as instructed, keep the house clean and secure, and send regular photo updates so you can relax while you're away. I don't bring other pets into the home, so your animal gets my full attention for the whole stay.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for most of my life and pet sitting for families in my community for years. I grew up with cats, chickens, and very large dogs (mastiffs and shepherds), so I’m extremely comfortable with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. In addition to dog and cat sitting for neighbors, friends, and families throughout the Half Moon Bay, La Honda, and Pescadero areas, I also have professional experience working with animals. For three years I worked with horses in a therapeutic riding program, where I helped care for and rehabilitate former racehorses and support their training to become therapy animals. I additionally love to take pets out for hikes, shorter walks, and other outtings depending on their energy needs—I love looking after adventurers and home-bodies alike. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free for them. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and follow all instructions carefully, from feeding schedules and medications to walk routines and house rules. I can’t lie, I’m a bit of a neat freak! I leave a home better than I found it. I’m attentive on walks, keep pets safely leashed, and make sure gates, doors, and fences are secure and locked upon leaving your home. I also believe communication is paramount while you’re away. I send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel confident they’re in good hands.

About: I don’t have problem taking caredogs. My friends and family used to relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets. I’m currently working part-time and it’s manageable, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups I’m available boarding especially weekdays 7am onwards. My place is a free space for one dog at time especially to trained dog I dont do much restriction so dog can move and play around, I live close to lake in foster city and its so easy access to walk the dog any time in a day.

My classes don't require attendance since I use recorded lectures, and I don't work a job, so my schedule is very flexible. I'm more than happy to keep your pets company, stick to their regular routines and daily walks, and make sure everything is taken care of. I'm also comfortable caring for dogs with extra needs, including giving pills, administering eye drops, and helping with mobility, like assisting senior dogs with stairs, ramps, or getting up and down. I'll always send plenty of photo updates so you know they're doing great. I've cared for dogs and cats for neighboring families and friends for many years, so I'm comfortable handling pets with all kinds of personalities and needs. My home is very clean and dog-proofed, and my housing has double doors for extra security. I live off campus and independently, and my schedule is incredibly open and flexible this fall. None of my classes have mandatory attendance, so I watch recorded lectures on my own time, which leaves me with plenty of free time during the week and on weekends. Since I don't work a job, I can hang out with your pets, stick to their routines, and make sure they're taken care of as if they were my own. 🐾🤍 Safety is my top priority. I always double-check locks and gates, follow your feeding, medication, and walking instructions exactly, and keep a close eye on your pets the whole time. About: Hello! New boarding clients: shorter stays are preferred, especially during the work week. Before I jump into things about me - while I would love to hang out with all of the dogs forever, I prefer shorter stays, especially during the work week, and longer stays are OK but preferably over the weekend. The higher energy pups during the work week will have me fetch hostage, taking meetings from my bedroom floor 🥲 you are still more than welcome to message me about a longer stay, but please understand why I may not be available. I am also *very allergic* to cats. Drop ins with them may be OK, but I won't be able to stay with them, lest we want me to suffocate 😆 the other problem is I can't resist touching them, but I acknowledge that's a me problem so it's sometimes best to remove temptation entirely. I have been a dog owner for the last 11 years. I’ve owned a pomeranian, a senior lab mix, and within the last year my family brought in a weiner dog. Ages and health requirements have varied. I just lost my 11 year old pomeranian to bladder cancer in July 2023. The last year of his life was spent taking him to chemo treatments, giving him several daily medications, treating daily symptoms, many sleepless nights and 3am walks, and so much more, but I wouldn’t change the last year with him for anything in the world. I absolutely love dogs and am joining Rover because I miss having a dog but am nowhere near ready to love like that again, but I’d love to care for your dog! My old pom man went almost everywhere with me; hikes through the redwoods, 3 hour long walks, 3 hour long bench sitting / people watching, the beach, Alice's restaurant, crepe vine A little bit about me: I work in Operations at a law firm in San Leandro and live in Foster City. I’ve been in clean tech since 2011, and you can find me on LinkedIn if you would like additional information about my work history. You can expect many pictures of your pup out and about with me 😁 and if I'm lucky, maybe a pic or two of us wearing cowboy hats I have a hybrid work set up, where I can work from home or work from the office at my own discretion and schedule. I can accommodate pet care throughout the day and evening depending on your pet's needs. My office is also pet friendly, depending on doggy behavior. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Foster City, 2 blocks away from a park. Your dog would have access to my whole apartment (unless your dog is used to it, I prefer not to enforce crating or separate rooms for them). I also have a sliding glass dog door that leads to a balcony. My senior dog used to use puppy pads on our balcony throughout the evening as his bladder tumor grew, so if your dog requires something similar that's perfectly fine.

I am committed to delivering the very best care, determined to ease any stress that comes with a temporarily absent owner. I love physical fun, including walks, jogs and hikes. (I will just ask for a WIFI connection). I’m very flexible and am able to travel if you live relatively close by. Pups are always welcome at my home, but I prefer to come to you.
