“We just go back from an overnight trip, during which Lara house & cat sat for our new kitten, Simon--the first time since we brought him home that we've been gone all night and left him with someone else. It went wonderfully. He was very happy to see us, but also relaxed and just like himself--no stress at all. Lara was great--she communicated with us promptly about setting up the date and while she was here. She sent pictures of Simon that made us smile and laugh. And when I asked her for a how Simon did overnight and how behaved (he is getting much better about not playing too rough, but I wanted to know how he was with someone other than us) and how he did overnight, she gave me the direct, honest reply I wanted. We will definitely use Lara again.”

I would pet-sit my neighbors' furry babies mainly because I wasn't allowed to have pets at home, so that was my way of being around these amazing creatures. I have lived in homes with dogs and cats and finally have my own. My husband and I trained our pups ourselves. We both work from home and have pretty flexible schedules, which is excellent for providing your fur babies the care and attention they deserve. Although we don't have a fenced yard, we live in a very safe area. We have ample space to play with the dogs. We can easily crate your dog if needed. They are allowed on the couches and in bed. Your furry friend will be treated and cared for as one of ours.

About: Love taking long walks or just playing in the yard. Have had a Jack Russell puppy who needed lots of attention and training. With outside help and the willingness to learn it was a good relationship. I work full time but can walk a dog in the morning and after work, if close enough lunchtime. Weekends I am available so my schedule is more opened. Cat Care would be the same. Could give the attention they crave. In the clients home, I would listen and be guided by what the pet needs are. With cats I would make sure to give them playtime while on my visit besides making sure they are properly feed.

She not only followed Rio’s schedule but went over and beyond by getting treats and fruit for him when they got over. Maria even cleaned up the house and linens which she totally didn’t have to but it just shows how sincere she is. She treated my home like her own 💕 and sent regular updates and pictures which I appreciated so much since this was a longer trip … Rio looked so happy in them! As we got home and it was time for Maria to head out, Rio gave her so many kisses and even went looking for her in the guest room later in the night.
