About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. I would pet-sit my neighbors' furry babies mainly because I wasn't allowed to have pets at home, so that was my way of being around these amazing creatures. I have lived in homes with dogs and cats and finally have my own. My husband and I trained our pups ourselves. We both work from home and have pretty flexible schedules, which is excellent for providing your fur babies the care and attention they deserve. We are both loving and caring people and look forward to caring for your pet. Our main goal is to ensure you feel at ease leaving your precious pet in our care. Although we don't have a fenced yard, we live in a very safe area. We have ample space to play with the dogs. We can easily crate your dog if needed. They are allowed on the couches and in bed. Your furry friend will be treated and cared for as one of ours.

About: I love all animals and have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, rats, opossums, raccoons and squirrels! I have a pretty open schedule. I am active and enjoy hiking and adventuring. I live in a cabin tucked into the woods a short walk from the river. About: Love taking long walks or just playing in the yard. Have had a Jack Russell puppy who needed lots of attention and training. With outside help and the willingness to learn it was a good relationship. I work full time but can walk a dog in the morning and after work, if close enough lunchtime. Weekends I am available so my schedule is more opened. Cat Care would be the same. Could give the attention they crave. In the clients home, I would listen and be guided by what the pet needs are. With cats I would make sure to give them playtime while on my visit besides making sure they are properly feed.
About: My husband and I love dogs.... when our beloved Yorkie died a few years ago and we retired early from city government, we decided to focus our love on caring for other people's dogs in their homes. We now have several on-going sit relationships in central California and are happy to have so many dogs in our lives that feel like grand babies to us! If you're interested in establishing an on-going relationship with us, to make your dog(s) feel as comfortable as possible when you have to leave town, hit us up! Our preference is to work with 1 or 2 older/more relaxed dogs, that can be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time. We lean towards being home bodies, but we enjoy going on walks/outtings, having play time and lots of snuggles. If we seem like a simpatico match to care for your pup, please reach out for our availability! We have a flexible schedule and can work around your needs/timing with plenty of notice. We enjoy exploring new areas and are happy to have your dogs show us all their favorite spots to hang out! Rather than upend your dog's routine on top of you being out of town, we will come to you! We are willing/able to handle any morning/evening routines (food/water, oral meds, walks, potty needs) and your dog can sleep with us if so inclined.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
