He set us at ease when he came for the meet and greet, asked great questions about the home and dogs, and set solid expectations, which he ultimately exceeded! He kept us up to date with pics of our dogs, collected our mail, left the house spotless, did some extra cleaning for us, and of course took dogs for walks and spent lots of time with them. Everyone was thrilled, thanks Jed.”
