About: My first exposure to cats was Raisin, my beloved tabby when I was 3 years old. My next cat "of my own" was Spooky, a Russian Blue abandoned in a Seattle Queen Anne Hill apartment building who joined our family when I was a preteen. I've been caring for cats ever since. My husband and I have cared for many cats of all ages over the years and my own cat Elvis just passed at 18, so I know exactly what it takes to care for a senior cat: the feeding schedule, the medication, the careful observation, the quiet corners they retreat to. Tala *loved* her time with Megan, her daughter and her friendly pup, Banx! I got a lot of pictures of Tala having a great time. Megan was very communicative — readily available to answer any questions if I had any. Megan was also very accommodating as I had some unexpected changes to when my other dog was coming home so I asked if Tala could stay overnight. Megan accepted the request and Tala got to hang out again with her new friends an extra day. Tala & Banx played a lot during the day they slept pretty hard at night! 🐾😁 She’s had so much fun, we’re going to do it again! I highly recommend Megan for pet daycare and/or boarding. About: My husband and I love dogs.... when our beloved Yorkie died a few years ago and we retired early from city government, we decided to focus our love on caring for other people's dogs in their homes. We now have several on-going sit relationships in central California and are happy to have so many dogs in our lives that feel like grand babies to us! If you're interested in establishing an on-going relationship with us, to make your dog(s) feel as comfortable as possible when you have to leave town, hit us up! Our preference is to work with 1 or 2 older/more relaxed dogs, that can be left alone for at least 4 hours at a time. I currently check on and feed a family friends dogs on the weekends when needed, I always leave the space how I found it and make sure the dogs have enough water and haven't gotten into anything they are not supposed to, I have experience with difficult dogs and have been researching dog behavior and training these past 3 years. I take every job I'm given very seriously and I am dedicated to the safety and well being of any animal I am responsible for, and I am more than willing to follow any special instructions in regards to your animal. every dog is different and I aim to give the best care to every dog put in my care.
