“We just go back from an overnight trip, during which Lara house & cat sat for our new kitten, Simon--the first time since we brought him home that we've been gone all night and left him with someone else. It went wonderfully. He was very happy to see us, but also relaxed and just like himself--no stress at all. Lara was great--she communicated with us promptly about setting up the date and while she was here. She sent pictures of Simon that made us smile and laugh. And when I asked her for a how Simon did overnight and how behaved (he is getting much better about not playing too rough, but I wanted to know how he was with someone other than us) and how he did overnight, she gave me the direct, honest reply I wanted. We will definitely use Lara again.”

“I came home and cats are happy and healthy! Kayley did a great job house sitting! I would recommend her. She was also was good at sending daily photos and was able to get shy cat yo come out for a photo!”

“Coralee was absolutely incredible. She was very communicative and sent beautiful pictures. She really understood my sensitive baby, and he warmed up quickly to her and clearly felt comfortable and safe. Coralee also was patient and responsive when our travel plans got disrupted, and kept my baby company much later than we originally planned. I very highly recommend her.”

“Aiyana did a wonderful job cat/house sitting over the Mother's Day weekend, so I could visit my mom. She was prompt, did all the things that I asked her to do and was very professional. She left the house exactly as she found it, and my cat was well cared for. Honest, trustworthy and set my mind at ease during my trip. Thanks Aiyana!!”

About: I've had dogs since I was a kid, and love animals of all kinds. My current buddy is a mini Schnauzer named Fritz. I am recently retired and have plenty of free time to spend time with your babies. Let me help. I am recently retired, and while I work occasional gigs as they come up, I am very flexible. I am available weekdays and Sundays. I can do Saturdays if I have enough notice. I am kind, patient, and can be as exuberant or as calm as your pet needs. I'll respect your home as if it were my own.
“Annelliese was awesome - took very good care of our high energy and quirky Border Collie, kept us in the loop while we were overseas with updates and happenings, and left our home super clean and tidy. We're super grateful to have found Annelliese as a reliable, kind, and considerate dog-sitter.”

“Sumaira was great with our girls and was very communicative while we were away. We really appreciated the pictures and check-ins along with her bringing in our mail and bins. The house was left just as we left it and we had great peace of mind knowing our pups and home were well taken care of. Will definitely use Sumaira again!”
“Edison is the best! Easy to work with, professional, and well versed in the area. We trust him 100% with Charlie and being in our home, and Charlie is always happy and tired afterwards. We’re keeping him on our roster, he’s a good egg.”

“Took great care of my pets-took them on lots of walks and cuddles! Gave me updates about them several times daily. Felt like my dogs had so much fun while I was gone. Came home to cute little photos on the counter of all of them as an extra surprise! Dog person through and through-would recommend and use again!”

“Rose was just awesome with our two elderly dogs. She is kind and gentle and they immediately liked her. Rose was an excellent communicator and took a lot of time getting to better understand their unique care needs.”

“I truly can’t say enough good things about Jaime! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly communicative — sending thoughtful updates, photos, and check-ins that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. The biggest testament to her care? I came home to a happy, relaxed fur child who genuinely seemed like they hadn’t even noticed I was gone. That tells me everything I need to know about how loved and comfortable my child felt in her care. It’s not easy trusting someone with your furry family member, but she made it effortless. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and compassionate sitter — and I would love to use her again anytime I need support. So grateful to have found her!”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. I would pet-sit my neighbors' furry babies mainly because I wasn't allowed to have pets at home, so that was my way of being around these amazing creatures. I have lived in homes with dogs and cats and finally have my own. My husband and I trained our pups ourselves. We both work from home and have pretty flexible schedules, which is excellent for providing your fur babies the care and attention they deserve. We are both loving and caring people and look forward to caring for your pet. Our main goal is to ensure you feel at ease leaving your precious pet in our care. Although we don't have a fenced yard, we live in a very safe area. We have ample space to play with the dogs. We can easily crate your dog if needed. They are allowed on the couches and in bed. Your furry friend will be treated and cared for as one of ours.
“Kiana was great! I was in a last minute panic because my dog Finn got sick and couldnt go to day care, but has separation anxiety so I really needed coverage last minute. Kiana was a big help and flexible, adjusting as needed to help me and Finn get through the worst of it.”

About: Love taking long walks or just playing in the yard. Have had a Jack Russell puppy who needed lots of attention and training. With outside help and the willingness to learn it was a good relationship. I work full time but can walk a dog in the morning and after work, if close enough lunchtime. Weekends I am available so my schedule is more opened. Cat Care would be the same. Could give the attention they crave. In the clients home, I would listen and be guided by what the pet needs are. With cats I would make sure to give them playtime while on my visit besides making sure they are properly feed.

“Mamoo was very attentive to our pet and house needs during the two week pet and house sitting. Constant updates and will respond to messages quickly. I would have no concerns having him watch our house/pets again. We do have a large husky and outgoing cat each with their particular needs.”

Forest Springs pet parents share their Rover experiences
We had a great experience with our overnight pet sitter. She was very attentive to both our cat and dog the entire time we were away. She kept us updated regularly, sent great pictures, and made us feel comfortable knowing our pets were well cared for. We really appreciated her communication, reliability, and the care she showed our animals. We would absolutely recommend her and would happily use her again in the future.

Lisa did a wonderful job with Clover! Clover tends to be shy around new people and can take a while to warm up-- but not with Lisa! They became friends immediately, and Clover felt at ease at an unprecedented pace. Lisa sent lots of updates with pictures while I was gone, and it was clear that they were having a marvelous time. I will definitely reach out to Lisa again in the future when Clover needs care.

Zoë was fantastic, and cant say enough great things. We really felt like Zoë cared about our dogs, which we cant say about other sitters we have used in the past. Throughout the stay she provided lots of updates, and to top it off came home to an immaculate house and Zoë even washed the towels and sheets she used. Thank you again Zoë for your outstanding care and look forward to next time
