They were able to keep my very active dog really engaged with regular walks, potty breaks, playing fetch and training him (last two were them going above and beyond). They were very knowledgeable about pet care and had asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my dog and his activities before the stay so that they can keep it as a reference during his stay. About: I have always had dogs growing up. When I was younger we did have a cat. I was a junior handler and dog trainer for my aunt who bred French Bulldogs for AKC shows. I practiced a little obedience/agility training during the same time. While in this setting I practiced with many different dog breeds and am comfortable handling any size dog. I helped a friend with her dog boarding company for a while and I encountered many different dogs here as well and not all as well trained. I absolutely love all animals I encounter. I love helping friends and family out with their animals while they are away. During college and high school, I would house sit/dog sit for friends. I have been around animals my entire life and I feel comfortable dealing with any situation thrown at me, whether it be a dog that isn't very good on a leash yet or a nervous animal who just needs a patient person to help take care of them while their family isn't there. My family currently has the goofiest labradoodle and Airedale terrier! We have two sweet pups, Gizmo, a poodle terrier, and Mazzy, a french bulldog. I am allergic to cats so while I'm happy to do drop ins and such with cats staying overnight with cats can be very difficult for me so I prefer to not sleep in homes that have cats. I am happy to wake up early and visit frequently if you have cats and dogs that way I can make sure every member of the family stays happy. Can't wait to meet your pups! I will be doing walks with my baby Mira either on my back in a carrier or in a stroller. If your pup isn't kid friendly I won't be a great fit, but I will keep my daughter separate just to keep pups comfortable and my daughter safe. “Sumaira is always on time and I know I can count on her to take good care of my fur babies. While walking my Siberian Husky another dog that was unleased attacked my dog. Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”
About: I’ve been so lucky to have been raised with dogs my whole life, ever since I was young we’ve had two dogs at all times. I love to walk, play and nap with them. About: I have taken care of pets for quite some time. I grew up on a farm, so I have been around all sorts of animals all my life. I recently moved back here to the valley from Santa Cruz. Will be here for a year or so. When I was in Santa Cruz I volunteer for the animal shelter there. I recently moved here from Santa Cruz, and will be starting work at the school in the fall, so I am looking to do some pet sitting, and dog walking, during the summer. I have a fenced yard, but I am not doing pet care at my home at this time. I am sharing home with family members

Just teach them how to be successful in fitting in to your life and environment. Three is the magic number. Three walks, 3 minuet training sessions and groom every third week. I do nails and trimmings. Save you time and money. We walk 3 times a day and we go to a fenced in dog park. I keep dogs tired so they can relax more often.

They were able to keep my very active dog really engaged with regular walks, potty breaks, playing fetch and training him (last two were them going above and beyond). They were very knowledgeable about pet care and had asked me to fill out a questionnaire about my dog and his activities before the stay so that they can keep it as a reference during his stay. Audrina also has a very helpful drop off checklist covering all the stuff my dog would need for his stay. Would be looking for Audrina’s help for a future stay as well!”

About: I’ve been a pet mom of two adopted pets and an aunt for four of my sister’s dogs. I have successfully trained puppies and now am taking care of my two senior dogs. Our kids are obsessed with dogs and will also show tlc to all puppies as they refer to them. I currently work from home and am available for dog walking and overnight sitting. The dogs get a 3-5 mile walk each day depending on the weather. My dogs are with my almost 24/7 with the exception of when I’m running errands here and there. They are the center of our world.
