About: I've been around animals for as long as I can remember, starting with Ginger, my family's German shepherd and husky mix, and four cats growing up. I later spent about two years volunteering at my local SPCA, working hands-on with dogs of every size and temperament, from bouncy puppies to nervous rescues. I've also had cats of my own as an adult, including two rescues, and fostered kittens before I started traveling. Since then I've cared for pets through farm stays and housesits across Costa Rica, Panama, Spain, and Canada — dogs, cats, chickens, goats, even an adult pet rat. I'm comfortable administering medication, working with anxious or senior animals, and managing multi-pet households. I'm calm, attentive, and treat every home and animal I look after like my own. I'm currently transitioning to the San Mateo County area temporarily starting early November and building my schedule around pet care full-time, so I have plenty of flexibility for house sits, and daily visits, including extended or last-minute stays. I don't currently have a conflicting 9-to-5, which means I can commit fully to a pet's normal routine for the length of a booking rather than fitting care in around other work. Since I focus on house sitting, I stay at your home rather than asking your pet to adjust to a new environment. I follow feeding, medication, and walking routines exactly as instructed, keep the house clean and secure, and send regular photo updates so you can relax while you're away. I don't bring other pets into the home, so your animal gets my full attention for the whole stay.

About: Well, I love dogs and I honestly treat them like children. I take time to train and show affection while also creating a safe environment for your doggy💕 I work full time! But my weekends are free and can also watch during night! We can come up with a schedule that works for all of us! I currently live in a spacious apartment and right behind a park. I’ll make sure your pet is always on a leash and or in a gated area.

About: I don’t have problem taking caredogs. My friends and family used to relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets. I’m currently working part-time and it’s manageable, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups I’m available boarding especially weekdays 7am onwards. My place is a free space for one dog at time especially to trained dog I dont do much restriction so dog can move and play around, I live close to lake in foster city and its so easy access to walk the dog any time in a day.

About: Hello! New boarding clients: shorter stays are preferred, especially during the work week. Before I jump into things about me - while I would love to hang out with all of the dogs forever, I prefer shorter stays, especially during the work week, and longer stays are OK but preferably over the weekend. The higher energy pups during the work week will have me fetch hostage, taking meetings from my bedroom floor 🥲 you are still more than welcome to message me about a longer stay, but please understand why I may not be available. I am also *very allergic* to cats. Drop ins with them may be OK, but I won't be able to stay with them, lest we want me to suffocate 😆 the other problem is I can't resist touching them, but I acknowledge that's a me problem so it's sometimes best to remove temptation entirely. I have been a dog owner for the last 11 years. I’ve owned a pomeranian, a senior lab mix, and within the last year my family brought in a weiner dog. Ages and health requirements have varied. I just lost my 11 year old pomeranian to bladder cancer in July 2023. The last year of his life was spent taking him to chemo treatments, giving him several daily medications, treating daily symptoms, many sleepless nights and 3am walks, and so much more, but I wouldn’t change the last year with him for anything in the world. I absolutely love dogs and am joining Rover because I miss having a dog but am nowhere near ready to love like that again, but I’d love to care for your dog! My old pom man went almost everywhere with me; hikes through the redwoods, 3 hour long walks, 3 hour long bench sitting / people watching, the beach, Alice's restaurant, crepe vine A little bit about me: I work in Operations at a law firm in San Leandro and live in Foster City. I’ve been in clean tech since 2011, and you can find me on LinkedIn if you would like additional information about my work history. You can expect many pictures of your pup out and about with me 😁 and if I'm lucky, maybe a pic or two of us wearing cowboy hats I have a hybrid work set up, where I can work from home or work from the office at my own discretion and schedule. I can accommodate pet care throughout the day and evening depending on your pet's needs. My office is also pet friendly, depending on doggy behavior. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Foster City, 2 blocks away from a park. Your dog would have access to my whole apartment (unless your dog is used to it, I prefer not to enforce crating or separate rooms for them). I also have a sliding glass dog door that leads to a balcony. My senior dog used to use puppy pads on our balcony throughout the evening as his bladder tumor grew, so if your dog requires something similar that's perfectly fine.
