Chelsea was so kind and truly cared about my pup's wellbeing. She communicated when he was being difficult about his meds, immediately called me when the fire alarms went off in the complex and took my pup out, and even washed the sheets! Thank you, Chelsea!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for several years through friends, family, and neighbors. I am comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playing with them, providing companionship, and following their regular feeding and care routines. I understand how important it is for pet owners to know their pets are safe and happy while they’re away, and I always treat every dog as if they were my own. I am dependable, responsible, and committed to providing attentive, loving care. As a college student home for summer with a flexible schedule, I have time throughout the week to provide attentive care for your pets. I can accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and companionship. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I’m committed to making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special needs. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, I provide a calm, clean, and supervised environment. I take the time to build trust with each pet, pay close attention to their behavior, and make sure they receive plenty of affection, exercise, and care. I also provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

This was our first time using Rover and we were so happy by choosing Casey. He immediately wanted to schedule a "meet and greet" at the house so the dogs can be comfortable. Soon after, we left for our wedding and our babies were in his hands. We were worried at first, but Casey reassured us instantly with photos of the doggies loving life. He always checked in with us, and sent us photos. We had such a great experience with him and Rover. I recommend Casey for any dog child owner in the area. His knowledge, attitude, and comfortability is reassuring :D Thank you so much! -The Rileys

About: Hi! Thanks for stopping by. Allow me to introduce myself: I'm a (mostly) retired nurse & former farmer, offering a homey stay for your dog. I'm experienced with livestock, birds, all sorts of creatures. Your dog will enjoy the ideal location of my comfy home--its sunny decks, and fenced yard-- nearby to beaches, off-leash Quarry Park, and the recreation and coastal paths. You can enjoy your time away, knowing your pooch is having a great time at my place. I'm at home days & evenings, close by to the critters. Semi retired now, I'm able to dedicate myself to a pet-centric life, to the benefit of all. My home is set up for comfort--making the most of this idyllic coastal environment. Low windows at the front allow the dogs to observe those passing on the street. Two sunny decks connect to my fenced yard, providing a secure, relaxed environment. I am steps from the rec & coastal paths, dog-friendly Quarry Park, the harbor & coastal beaches. Enjoy peace of mind during your time away! Your dog will be a valued guest in my pooch-centric home.

About: Having grown up with a dog, what sets me apart is my focus on high-needs care and consistency. Your pet can be my 'co-worker' for the day, receiving constant attention and structured play. I'm comfortable with medication schedules and slow-paced mobility walks. You can expect frequent photo updates and a calm, pet-first environment As a remote professional, I offer the 'work-from-home' advantage: your pet will have a constant companion throughout the day which is ideal for most dogs. Your pet will always be treated like family! We start with a slow introduction, ensuring they feel safe and confident. I provide a structured day with frequent potty breaks, interactive play, and plenty of lap time. When sitting in your home, my priority is maintaining your pet's 'normal.' I follow your feeding and exercise schedules to the minute to minimize anxiety. I also take great care of your space, possibly watering plants, and ensuring your home is secure and tidy so you can return to a happy pet and a peaceful house.

About: My personal approach to dog care is grounded in genuine care for their well being. Working with my clients I provide prompt communication to ensure your dog is safe, happy, and healthy! Growing up my family had a beautiful 30lb dog that I helped care for from a puppy to old age. Being a part of this process has shown me how to support dogs in each stage of life from rambunctious puppies (structure, training and enrichment) to easing the aging process (special diet, new steps to climb onto the couch, shorter walks etc). Depending on the activity needs of your pup, I’m happy to provide daily walks or short runs (1-3 miles). I'm currently taking a gap year so I have plenty of time for your pups! I'm available weekdays and, with advance planning, can provide housesitting through weekends as well. I live in a single family home with three dogs. However, our family dogs like their space, and it is not available for dog boarding.

About: I started by taking care of my moms 4 dogs when she would go on vacations and needed a dog sitter. That really taught me how to feed them efficiently and when to take them outside to go potty. From there I learned how to hang out with them and play with them efficiently. I am a college student with classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I am available for the entire day and night. On Wednesday and Friday I'm available at night, Monday I'm not because I have a night class. Staying over night is not a problem, along with check ins during the days even on school days. I love dogs and am really good at feeding them, taking them outside, and playing with them. I'm not a trainer, but someone who is good at taking care of them while you are away. My mom has 4 small dogs so I'm very familiar with smaller dogs, but I have also watched bigger dogs as well.

About: I have had dogs my whole life and have taken care of many friend's and neighbor's dogs. I just finished playing Division 1 soccer and have tons of energy! Would love to run/walk/train some dogs with lots of energy. I also enjoy showing the older, more chill doggos some love. I am currently looking for jobs so I have a pretty open schedule. I recently graduated and from UC Davis and would love some time with furry friends. I take my dogs on 2 walks per day and let them out a few times in between to potty. I can walk/feed/train/and show some extra love to your pup if you need some extra help!

About: I have three years of experience as a pet sitter, primarily caring for dogs and cats. My responsibilities include overnight stays, daily walks, feeding, administering medications if needed, and ensuring cats have a clean and comfortable environment. I am dedicated to providing attentive, reliable care, tailoring my approach to each pet’s unique needs to keep them happy and healthy. I work full-time and go to the office three days a week. I am available for cat sitting on both weekdays and weekends, exclusively at the client's home. For dog sitting, I prefer weekends, as I am unavailable to be home during the week. Safety is my top priority. When walking dogs, I always keep them on a leash and stay alert to other dogs, traffic, and surroundings to ensure their well-being. For cats, I take extra precautions by avoiding leaving out any potentially toxic foods and ensuring windows and doors remain securely closed.

He made sure he knew everything he needed to know about my boys before I left. I felt very reassured and knew they were in loving hands with him. About: I’ve been caring for animals for most of my life and pet sitting for families in my community for years. I grew up with cats, chickens, and very large dogs (mastiffs and shepherds), so I’m extremely comfortable with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. In addition to dog and cat sitting for neighbors, friends, and families throughout the Half Moon Bay, La Honda, and Pescadero areas, I also have professional experience working with animals. For three years I worked with horses in a therapeutic riding program, where I helped care for and rehabilitate former racehorses and support their training to become therapy animals. What sets me apart is how attentive and communicative I am while you’re away. I truly treat the animals I care for like my own, making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and affection. I also love sending photo updates and check-ins so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. Caring for your pet fits perfectly into my routine, and I’ll try to keep their routine as familiar as possible. I work almost entirely from home, so I have a schedule that allows me plenty of time during the day for walks, visits, playtime, and check-ins. Because I’ve lived locally in the Bay and coastside all of my life, I’m also familiar with the area and can easily accommodate regular visits or longer stays. I additionally love to take pets out for hikes, shorter walks, and other outtings depending on their energy needs—I love looking after adventurers and home-bodies alike. I’m happy to build my schedule around what works best for your pet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free for them. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and follow all instructions carefully, from feeding schedules and medications to walk routines and house rules. I can’t lie, I’m a bit of a neat freak! I leave a home better than I found it. I’m attentive on walks, keep pets safely leashed, and make sure gates, doors, and fences are secure and locked upon leaving your home. I also believe communication is paramount while you’re away. I send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel confident they’re in good hands.

About: Hi! I’m Taryn! I’m an experienced and compassionate pet caregiver with a lifelong love for animals — especially rescues. Over the past 13 years, I’ve owned and cared for three very different dogs (a chihuahua, dachshund mix, and shepherd mix), so I understand that every dog has their own personality, needs, and boundaries. I’m comfortable adjusting care based on your dog — whether that means a short, gentle walk for a senior pup or a long, active outing to burn energy. I also have hands-on experience with dogs who have leash or food aggression, and I always approach care with patience, awareness, and respect for each dog’s comfort level. As of 6/1/2026 I have a Certificate of Completion from the American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid (online) In addition, one of my dogs, Shadow, has seizures, so I’m familiar with staying calm in high-stress situations, monitoring for symptoms, and providing attentive, responsive care when it matters most. I understand how important it is to trust someone with a pet who has extra needs. I’ve also helped care for friends’ dogs of all sizes and breeds — from small terriers to larger dogs like pit bulls — and feel confident handling a wide range of temperaments. I’m happy to provide: • Walks tailored to your dog’s energy level • Feeding and routine care • Medication (depending on type) • Baths and brushing • Calm, attentive care for anxious or special needs pets • Plenty of love and companionship Beyond dogs, I have 20+ years of experience with cats. I’ve volunteered with Homeless Cat Network and fostered for Coastside Feral Care. Fun fact: Every animal I’ve cared for or owned has been a rescue — I have a special place in my heart for them and understand the extra patience and care they sometimes need. ________________________________________ 🐾 Why pet parents choose me • Experience with multiple breeds and temperaments • Comfortable with reactive and special needs dogs • Firsthand experience with seizure care • Cat care expert with volunteer/foster background • Calm, patient, and highly attentive
