About: Hey there! I am a graduate student studying education, and I’m currently working for the local school system and in the process to become a full time teacher. I grew up with and around all types of animals my entire life. I am in tune to learning their personalities and what they each need and like to make them the happiest they can be! I no longer have pets (due to old age), but for many years I had two bengal cats who needed lots of attention and activity. Chloe is the kitty in the car photo with me. :) I am experienced around elderly cats and dogs, and frequently have delivered mediation to both dogs and cats of all ages. I am very active and outdoorsy, so active pets who need a lot of exercise are no problem. I also have experience around other animal breeds. I lived with family who owned large and small birds, horses, and chickens. And I grew up owning various reptiles. My schedule follows Frederick County Public School’s schedule. I work from 7am - 2:30pm weekdays. And I am off from work (other than teacher work days) on the same schedule students are off. I will take careful attention to the specific needs of your pet and their preferences and routine. This will vary depending on the pet and the owners preferences! My animals at home have a set schedule for feeding and daily walks and play! They sleep with me and do homework with me from school.

About: I understand that leaving your pet alone can be extremely stressful, but there’s no need to worry! I absolutely love animals and I have the patience to work with any - big or small! I promise to provide the same level of care to your pet as I would my own. I am a high school teacher, so I am currently available only on weekends. However, for the holidays and during summer break I typically stay local so if you are going to be traveling please take me into consideration! I am very comfortable working with dogs in their homes. If they need to be walked, I can easily handle putting on a leash and picking up after them. I am also comfortable handling any toys, food, or medicine your pet may need.

I have a friendly 11-year-old mixed-breed dog named Jill who enjoys the company of other dogs. Since I'm home throughout the day, your pet will receive plenty of attention, frequent potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. I'm happy to follow your pet's normal routine, including feeding schedules, medications (if needed), crate training, and furniture preferences. If your dog enjoys social play and you approve, we're also just minutes from a local dog park for extra exercise. About: I have had several pets through my life and all have had different personalities. Adapting to them to make them comfortable is important. I also have helped family take care of their new puppies. I’m very comfortable and understanding when dealing with puppies. Currently I can do any time! I don’t mind having an early morning or late night drop in. I am very flexible and want to make this easy for YOU! Just communicate what you need and it’ll be great. I want the animal to be as comfy as possible. Sometimes their human leaving can be stressful! I want to meet them where it’s needed. Not have their routines thrown off.

About: When your dog comes to our home, we treat them like our own. Having grown up with dogs my entire life, I know how important it is to find the absolute best care for them while you are away. Having pet sit for family and friends dogs and also fostered several dogs, we have experience with all types of dogs from puppies to senior dogs and various breeds. I have two daughters who love to spend time with dogs that come to our house and always give lots of love and attention. I currently only have weekend availability due to recent return to office - happy to help during the week if your dog is used to an 8 hour day normally. Please reach out to see if it is something we can accommodate and you are comfortable with. Most days I will be able to get them out for a bathroom break around lunchtime. I will care for your dog the same you do to keep things consistent for them. We can leave them out if we have to leave or crate them, whichever you prefer.

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for many years. From middle school through high school, I was the primary caregiver for my own dog. I was responsible for feeding, grooming, bathing, training, walks, keeping up with vaccinations, and her overall care. When she had puppies, I helped care for them until they were ready for their new homes. Since then, I’ve continued caring for my mom’s and sister’s dogs whenever they need help. I’ve also provided pet care for a friend’s dog and have cared for two different cats through both drop-in visits and overnight/in-home care. One is super clingy and needy and demanding for the love all of the time and an older male dog who pretty much hates everyone and everything and wears diapers and has incontinence issues - and she was amazing with them! They both were loved well, fed well, she even got my grumpy gus out for (short) walks, kept the house pee free and him diapered, and I'm thrilled with how happy the dogs were when we got home after being gone for a few days. I also loved how well she stayed in contact with us so we could see our pups throughout the day(s) that were gone. We will definitely be using Olivia again! About: I am available in the Frederick, Maryland area from May 21-June 10, as well as July 15-August 8 as I will move back to college. I’ve had a variety of animal care experiences, including raising and training a service dog for a few months, pet sitting for dogs, cats, and goats. I have farm animal experience and am a student in a pre-veterinary program at the University of Tennessee Knoxville taking courses such as animal handling and management and animal anatomy and physiology. I have experience volunteering and taking care of animals. I am available in the Frederick, Maryland area from May 21-June 10, as well as July 15-August 8 as I will move back to college. When I move back to Knoxville, I am starting a job at my university that has flexible hours. I also have a very flexible schedule and am free on weekends and weekdays. I will follow your pet’s routine as strictly as I can! I will ensure your pet feels comfortable with me and will also ensure safety by keeping the house key or keys safe with me at all times and double check that doors are locked. I will adhere to any limitations or restrictions if your pet has any!

I usually stay at their home to make sure their pets are as comfortable as possible when their family is away. I also take care of other household needs. I encourage you to set up a meet and greet before hand to make sure you and your pets match my vibe and trust me with your most beloved. I am comfortable with special needs pets and those requiring medications or extra care and attention, whatever that may be.
