About: I grew up with dogs and cats. I am an animal lover, and since I was a child I felt a need to help animals as best as I could, whether it was a bird who couldn't fly, an abandoned kitten, or a lost dog. As an adult, I trapped and found homes for several stray cats, I got a dog from a rescue group and had 16 wonderful years with him. My fur baby died last year and since I am not able to get a new dog, I would love to care for other people's dogs and cats whenever I can. I also understand how hard it is to travel and leave your fur babies behind. I had to do it for many years with my dog, and I cried every time I had to leave him, even if it was with a trusted and loving sitter. Stay assured that your dog will get all the love, exercise, and attention he/she needs. I have a 5 year old and two older kids (12, 15) so your dog will need to be OK around children. I am a teacher. I work from 8:30 to 4:00 M-F during the school year. I will be off for all holidays and in the summer. If I am watching a dog for a long weekend, I can go home for lunch and let the dog out. Dogs are never left alone for more than 4 hours. I live in a townhouse and I have a small fenced yard with a grassy area behind it, but I also love to walk them around the neighborhood. My kids love to help and play with the dogs too. Your dog will be allowed everywhere in the house and will be part of our family during his/her stay. My problem is that I get attached to each dog and it's always hard to say goodbye!

About: In highschool I earned a certificate course completer in pre-vet, and competed in the statewide Future Farmers of America (FFA) competition. While there I learned how to properly administer oral, otic, ophthalmic, and injected medications. I truly love and care for every animal I meet! I always try to make them as comfortable as possible by recognizing their body language and tending to their needs. I've owned two cats for over 13 years and have owned several other kinds of pets like fish, freshwater snails, and leopard geckos too! I will be going into college late august, so I have all the time in the world to take care of any animal during this summer! While in a client's home I will try to clean up any mess a pet will leave behind and try to make the animal feel as safe as they possibly can. As a cat owner I have enough patience to move mountains when pets act out and will remove them from any situation they feel stressed or fearful in.

About: When your dog comes to our home, we treat them like our own. Having grown up with dogs my entire life, I know how important it is to find the absolute best care for them while you are away. Having pet sit for family and friends dogs and also fostered several dogs, we have experience with all types of dogs from puppies to senior dogs and various breeds. I have two daughters who love to spend time with dogs that come to our house and always give lots of love and attention. I currently only have weekend availability due to recent return to office - happy to help during the week if your dog is used to an 8 hour day normally. Please reach out to see if it is something we can accommodate and you are comfortable with. Most days I will be able to get them out for a bathroom break around lunchtime. I will care for your dog the same you do to keep things consistent for them. We can leave them out if we have to leave or crate them, whichever you prefer.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and absolutely love them. I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter since I was 10 where I specialized in puppies and adult dogs. I moved to Frederick recently and am looking to get my spend time with your dog until I get my own. Fun fact I also had guinea pigs growing up! About: Thanks for visiting our page. I’ve been taking care of animals for 30 years I can never remember a time that I have not had an animal in my home. I am the go to person for all my friends and family when they wanna leave their animal for the weekend or a long trip. I treat them just like they’re my own pet them frequently and make them feel like it’s a vacation. We have one dog she’s a chocolate lab and she’s adorable and very gentle. She had a partner dog that died about a year ago and she has been lonely ever since. She always seems so much more happy when we’re taking other peoples dogs. She likes to have the company. I work from home I have a very flexible schedule and I take Coco everywhere I go if I can. I never leave the dogs alone there’s always someone with them. We play ball in the backyard and go for lots of walks. Unless you have a preference I’m happy to let the dogs run free inside the home feel like they are not restricted free Firstly I make sure that everybody is friends and all dogs respect each other. I always feed them separately so they feel comfortable having their food without looking over their shoulder. They are welcome to roam free in the home unless you have a preference.

About: I have had several pets through my life and all have had different personalities. Adapting to them to make them comfortable is important. I also have helped family take care of their new puppies. I’m very comfortable and understanding when dealing with puppies. Currently I can do any time! I don’t mind having an early morning or late night drop in. I am very flexible and want to make this easy for YOU! Just communicate what you need and it’ll be great. I want the animal to be as comfy as possible. Sometimes their human leaving can be stressful! I want to meet them where it’s needed. Not have their routines thrown off.

I usually stay at their home to make sure their pets are as comfortable as possible when their family is away. I also take care of other household needs. I work in the veterinary field and have done so for the past 7 years. I love dogs and have a special appreciation for cats and their personalities. I encourage you to set up a meet and greet before hand to make sure you and your pets match my vibe and trust me with your most beloved. I am comfortable with special needs pets and those requiring medications or extra care and attention, whatever that may be. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. For many years my neighbors have counted on me to drop-in and ensure their dogs are safe and well taken care of when they were not home. I have also walked dogs and prepared the dogs food for the elderly for many years. I am currently working part time 3-4 times a week, so I would love to spend time with your dogs! On the days that I work I am available before 10am and after 5pm, but on the days I don’t work I am available all day! I have a small fenced yard with more land outside of that which is unfenced. I have an outdoor cat that roams around and comes inside occasionally. I am easily able to control and crate dogs as needed as well as prepare food and medicine for dogs while keeping the environment clean and safe.
