Life-long animal lover ready to take care of your little buddy like I would my own. I approach pet care with patience, respect, and love. I make it a priority to pay attention to what a pet is communicating via body language and other behaviors to ensure they are getting what they need and feel safe. I also have plenty of experience living with cats of all ages and understand their unique "language" and needs. I have raised my Westie, Clover, from 8 weeks to the spirited and adventurous little dude he is today, and I have even taught some old dogs new tricks! Can't wait to meet your little guys!

Safety, trust & environment
I have reliable transportation and my vehicle can handle some ice and snow during the winter months. During my time with your pet, I will monitor their needs and make sure they have their preferences are met and that they have plenty of time to hydrate, have meals, etc. For example, when my own dog doesn't immediately accept water, I make sure to change the water out and/or give it a clean before refilling, instead of assuming he just isn't thirsty. Time, patience, and understanding of each pet as individuals goes a long way!

Carly was wonderful!
Carly is absolutely wonderful with animals. They warm up to her incredibly quickly and she naturally makes them feel very safe and comfortable. Her dog Clover is the most well-trained dog I’ve ever met- he's very well behaved and intelligent and the relationship he has with Carly speaks volumes about her innate ability to care and connect with dogs and animals in general. My dog absolutely adores her and gets excited when he sees her- she provides and treats every pet as her own and I have zero hesitation about trusting her to look after Gavin in the future. It’s very relieving knowing that Gavin is in safe hands and being treated to a vacation of his own so that I can have peace of mind on mine!
Carley is an amazing, caring, and devoted pet lover! She spoils her sweet dog Clover and is very understanding and aware of the needs of other dogs. She is very communicable, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure pets are content and happy. If you are looking for a pet sitter or a place to board your pup to make a new friend, no one is a better pick than Carly!
