About: Hi! My name is Riley and I'm a 21-year-old nursing student originally from South Carolina. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up on a farm raising and caring for different animals, so caretaking has always come naturally to me. As of now, I have 4 dogs back at home and 1 dog currently residing with me. What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with all types of animals, my reliability, and how much I truly love caring for them. I understand how important it is to find someone to trust with your pets. I'm very communicative, respectful of each pet's/owner's unique needs, and can confidently handle anything from a laid-back walk to giving medications or handling multiple pets simultaneously. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays, I'll treat your pup(s) like family! Pet care is at the center of my daily life! Rover is my near full-time job, which allows me to dedicate my full attention to the pets I care for. I am currently a nursing student in my second semester, but I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time to focus completely on your pet’s needs. My schedule currently consists of 2 classes on Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and two separate clinicals every Wednesday at 6:30 am until 3:00 pm (from January 28th until April 1st), and every Monday (from February 2nd until March 2nd) at 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I live near the college campus, surrounded by hiking trails and parks which is perfect for daily walks, outdoor adventures, and plenty of playtime. Making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for is always my #1 priority. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, whether it’s relaxing at home, going for walks, playing in the dog park, or exploring nearby trails. In my home, your pet will also have the opportunity to socialize with my own friendly dog, who loves making new pup friends. I always keep a close eye on behavior and health to make sure they are happy and stress-free. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos, so you can feel confident your pet is well cared for while you’re away.

About: I've been pet sitting since age 12, grew up with dogs, and started fostering cats and dogs in college. I have a cat of my own now! I have experience with both puppies and kittens, as well as with senior pets. I have also given oral medications and eye drops, and am comfortable with large and small dogs. I just finished up grad school and am working on job applications, so my schedule is pretty open! I am free any time during the week and on most weekends. I am more than happy to walk your dogs, take them to the dog park, or just hang out with pets who have separation anxiety! I have no problem giving medications of any kind, helping out with training, or keeping senior pets comfortable.

I treat your home with the same care and respect that I would my own—ensuring doors are locked, security systems are set, and potential hazards are entirely out of reach before I head out. For walking clients, I always double-check harnesses, use secure leashes, and maintain constant situational awareness of our surroundings. I strictly follow your rules regarding feeding schedules, medication administration, and boundaries, keeping you updated with pictures and texts so you always have total peace of mind.

I'm Kelsey, and I'm a mid 20s UVA student looking to make a bit of extra money while I get my education degree :) I have lived with both dogs and cats since I was 5 years old and have spent all of high school and college pet sitting. I'm used to specific instructions and special needs, I grew up with dogs that needed both (and a blind cat). I'm just a girl who loves hanging out with animals! I currently do not live with any pets as well :) I am currently a full time student with a flexible schedule! I do not have any pets of my own and have lots of time daily or weekly to meet your pets needs :) I do not offer in home services because I rent in a space where pets are not allowed in my lease, hence why I do not have a pet of my own.
