I am currently a part time student and in my off I go on walks and play with my own dog at home. I also go to dog parks to play with my two dogs. About: My wonderful lab just passed away at 14 1/2 and I miss him terribly. I’d love to shower your dog with affection while you are away! I am a flight attendant for a major carrier, so on the days when I am home I am 100% home and free to hang with your pet all day. I can adjust to whatever their usual schedule is. My backyard is fenced in if your dog is used to having free rein, but I’m also happy to take them on walks or runs if that is what they are used to! Just as a heads up because I want all pets to feel safe and comfortable, there are no other animals in the home but my husband is around (and has a beard—I’ve known some dogs to be skittish around bearded men) and there are two kids in the home (they’ll be kept away from any pets unless you tell me otherwise).
About: I’ve spent the past 10 years caring for dogs, starting with my own two black labs, who I trained and cared for throughout their lives. Over the years, I’ve also gained experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages through pet sitting and dog walking for neighbors. Since moving to Charlottesville, I’ve loved continuing to care for dogs, whether it’s walking energetic pups or providing care and companionship for older dogs. Working with dogs has always been something I enjoy and take pride in! I am currently a student at University of Virginia. I have most evenings available to care for your pets.
