About: I'm no stranger to a dog that needs to be tuckered out. I was 12 when my parents decided to introduce a husky as our first family dog, and I've been running around with him ever since! I have been caring for the pets of friends and neighbors since early high school; I've looked after dogs of all ages and all sizes! I am perfectly capable of handling large dogs, even the ones that pull on the lead, and if your pet requires a little extra patience and understanding, I've got plenty of that too! Whether your dog requires a calm stroll or a more intensive adventure, I am here to keep their tail wagging! I am wrapping up my last semester at UVA this month and have free time before and after my classes to get out and enjoy the warming weather with your pup! I never have class before 11am and I'm typically done by 3pm most week days. My Fridays and weekends are kept pretty open! After graduation, I am staying in the Charlottesville area. I take pet care very seriously and honor all routines that your pets expect/are used to. I have experience in administering oral medication and crating. I'm no stranger to the shenanigans that pets sometimes get up to, so if you have any specific rules within the home, I do my absolute best to uphold them!

About: I have taken care of dogs for a friend for a few years now. I also have experience with taking care of a local family’s 2 sweet dogs. I have been their go to for a few years now. I also have experience as a pet owner, I grew up with dogs my entire life, at one time we had a pack of 8. My goal is to ease your pet’s anxiety when their favorite person is not there. I will work to make sure your pet has the structure they need, the enrichment they crave, and the love they deserve. I do work full time Monday -Friday 8am-5pm so I am free on weekends and happy to stay with the animals when I’m not working. I can also check in on my lunch hour to ensure they have the restroom breaks they need and the enrichment time. I am very attentive when I am caring for you furry family members. I make sure that they have fresh water and get fed at the correct times. I always send photo updates each time the pets go outside or eat. I am very flexible with what is required if you’re able to be flexible and understanding of my work schedule.

At home, I help care for a Pitbull Mix and a large Australian Shepherd, both weighing around 75 lbs. I am confident in my ability to understand their body language and handle them effectively. Growing up with dogs, barn cats, and horses has equipped me with a diverse skill set when it comes to animal care! I have experience administering medicine, cleaning up accidents, managing reactive dogs, and caring for animals of all ages. For years, I have been doing drop-in visits and overnight stays caring for dogs, cats, and even goats! I’m organized, reliable, responsible, and adaptable to your pet’s specific needs. For the Spring 2026 semester, I am consistently busy Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-8pm, but am available in the mornings and every other day of the week. If you have any concerns, questions, or clarifications, please feel free to reach out -- I’m dedicated to ensuring the best care for you and your pet(s)! I’m currently a student at UVA but have a flexible schedule during the week and would love to help take care of your animals! I can do overnight stays every day of the week. Back at home we have 2 medium-large dogs that weigh in at around 75 lbs that I can walk, crate, and otherwise manage. I’m able to notice changes in body language and what they mean. I also have experience feeding and giving medication to livestock and am comfortable dealing with larger animals.

About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds, so I’m happy to help with all your pet needs. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages and sizes. I have experience administering medication to dogs, cats, and even rats! I have always loved training animals. I plan to get a training certification through Rover soon so I can also offer training services. But in the meantime, I’m happy to work with your pet’s training needs while providing other services. I am a teacher, so if school is in, so am I. So I am primarily available weekday evenings and weekends. That availability will change soon though! I have a fully fenced yard, and plenty of pet cameras. My house is set up with pets in mind. And I’ll of course respect your home!
