Jesse, Emily, and their girls took wonderful care of our dog, Maya, for a long weekend this fall. They treated her like one of the family and gave her so much love and attention! Angel seemed very happy to stay with Indira for a week. Indira was flexible and accommodating with my work travel and her place was clean, organized, and a good calm space for my pup. She reached out when Angel was having a hard time and was able to resolve the issue quickly with some feedback. Would definitely use her again.
This was our first time leaving Pepe with a sitter and our first time using Rover, so we were a bit nervous, you never really know who you’re leaving your dog with. But Riley was exceptional from the very beginning. Even before I booked her, she helped me figure out how the app worked and made the whole process easy. During Pepe’s stay, she kept me 100% informed at all times with photos, videos, and messages. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. Griffin was fantastic. I could tell how thoughtful and caring he was from when I first reached out. He has a calm reassuring presence and was very attentive to details about Sophie’s care, and immediately responded whenever I messaged him. He also sent me photo and video updates each day wherein I could tell how genuinely happy and relaxed Sophie was with him. It was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous about it, and I feel like I got so lucky. I highly, highly recommend Griffin for dog care!!
Brooke did an excellent job taking care of our dog. She was very responsive to all our messages and sent regular updates and photos each day. She was also incredibly flexible with our pickup time after a delayed return flight. We definitely would book with Brooke again!
