Passionate & Experienced Dog Lover!
Hello fellow animal lovers! My name is Ashley. I am a Charlottesville native and live in a quaint apartment in the Fry's Spring neighborhood. I am a social worker, working from home and have plenty of time to provide care and attention to your love bug! I love to play and my usual routine is 25+ min walk 2x daily and plenty of potty breaks and love in between. Believe me, as a former pet owner, I understand how stressful and difficult leaving a pet with a stranger can be. Not to worry! You will soon discover that I am caring, compassionate and I assure you I will take optimal care of your pet. I enjoy going to dog parks and walks in the woods. If your dog likes to swim- I would love to take them to the river or play fetch or frisbee in the dog park. If lounging is more their style, that's fine too! :) Bottom line, I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own; one of the family! I have ample experience with private pet sitting and working as a handler in a doggie day care during undergrad in Charlottesville. That being said, I am knowledgeable and available to work on training and tend to grooming needs, including nail clipping, brushing and bathing. Programa
My schedule is extremely flexible, as I pet sit full time and my days are scheduled around your pet’s routine. I can accommodate high energy as well as couch potato/ lower energy, if that’s more their speed.

Un día normal
Plenty of attention, including rubs and snuggles, play with toys, hide and seek with treats, daily walks in the woods, and potential trips to the river. I realize not having a yard could be a draw back, but I don't mind taking your pup out each time for a quick spin around the neighborhood on a leash- I can be strategic with avoiding other animals or people if they do not do well with either of those.
