I am a semi-retired licensed veterinary technician who has worked in all facets of the trade. Currently I am available for your pet vacation visits, house sitting or daily dog walks in Rugby/Barracks, Downtown, Belmont, Greenbrier and Dunlora areas within a 5 mile radius of town. I form bonds with my clients pets to ensure their comfort level when you are not able to be home with them. Lots of play time, socialization, elimination/disposal and exercise time is given with each visit. I am also sensitive to the very different needs of cats. I served as a cat socializer volunteer at CASPCA for 3 years.

I can't have your pets stay with me in my home since I adopted a reactive male resident cat who hates dogs! He's currently learning to accept his own housemate.

Kris is an extremely reliable and flexible pet caretaker. Travel is often stressful, but one thing I never worry about while I’m gone is my two cats. Kris takes excellent care of them, including giving medication twice a day. She also is very detailed in her Rover cards. Also, Kris is some kind of cat whisperer — she take the most adorable photos when she does check-ins. My one cat is a goblin but when I see her photos of him, he looks so cute I almost forget what an utter demon he is.
Our dogs had a great stay with Kris and she left our home better than we left it. Kris always does a great job when house sitting in our home. Highly recommended!
Kris is always great. She takes great care of our duo and also does little things like put the soft blanket on the back of the couch in our cats’ favorite roosting spot. Couldn’t recommend more.

Schedule
I'm currently a stay at home Mom so I have flexibility during the day for drop in visits and walks. I prefer to house sit on the weekends but I am flexible with this if you live nearby.
