About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds for over 8 years and have experience with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, and overnight care. Friends, neighbors, and family have relied on me to care for their pets and make sure they feel comfortable and safe while away. I also have personal experience with wound care and closely monitoring my own dog during recovery, so I understand the importance of patience, attentiveness, and following care instructions carefully. I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like my own. I’m currently working part time at the University of Virginia, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend caring for your pets throughout the week. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, and making sure your pets get lots of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in both my home and my client’s home. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, medication instructions, and any special care requests. I pay close attention to pets’ behavior and needs and make sure they get plenty of affection, exercise, and supervision. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pets are in good hands.

About: Hey y’all! I have taken care of pets, specifically dogs, for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Louisiana with 2 dachshunds in my family home. One of them had diabetes, so I am experienced with giving shots and oral medication. In addition to taking care of the weenie dogs, I had a pet hedgehog and chameleon in high school. I truly love animals of all kinds. I grew up walking and dog sitting for family friends and neighbors. In high school, I was an involved volunteer at my local humane society. When I was in college, I ended up rescuing a dog from that shelter. My parents took him in since I lived in a college dormitory. After I graduated college, I couldn’t wait to get my own dog! Here in Charlottesville, I have 1 dog now, Pretzel, who is a small lab mix. He is also a rescue, and is my world! I can’t wait to meet, walk, and watch your pets! I have a non-traditional work schedule that is unpredictable but also flexible. I go into work most week days, or sometimes work from home. My hours can vary, but I always make time to walk my dog Pretzel multiple times a day with trips to the dog park when I can. I am available on the weekends. In my home, Pretzel roams free. I do not kennel him, as he is potty trained. I want Pretzel to be able to roam around as he pleases. Pretzel sleeps with me every night.

About: I have a large family dog that I have been responsible for since I was about 10 years old. She has since gotten older so I have experience with a senior dog and giving any sorts of medication (and the peanut butter necessary to get her to take it). I am no stranger to having to clean up any accidents in the house so that is a non-issue for me. I am also open to taking care of other animals like rodents or turtles or other cage creatures. I am a true and passionate animal lover! My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I am happy to give as much or little time needed for the pets. I can figure out any scheduling and details necessary with clients. I am never loud coming into a home. I always let the pets come to me unless they are hiding on purpose. I take care instructions very seriously and will follow everything exactly and will reach out if I have questions about the best way I can care for your fur friend.

About: Hi! My name is Sasha and I would love to care for your furry friend. I have grown up around dogs my whole life and have taken care of all pet ages. I absolutely adore dogs and cats and nothing would make me happier than to love yours! I am currently in Charlottesville for the next few months until I make the move to NYC. Until then, I have availability all day for whatever pet care needs you may have! I am very diligent about following all feeding, walking, and medicine schedules. About: I grew up with cats and have helped taken care of my senior cat as well. I also am a volunteer at the local spca I just finished my graduate program at UVA so I have lots of free time to care for and play with your pups and cats!! About: I have been taking care of friends, family members animals for over 2 years now while attending college. I love giving care to their furry friends while they are away. Having animals myself I understand the need to have a trustworthy caretaker while away! I look forward to become your pets new friend! I currently work 30/32 hours a week usually during the early mornings or mid afternoons. I have usually offered early morning walks or evening walks to those in need! I am able to do overnights as well, but always check to make sure the animals will be okay while I work! I have always tried to take care of the pets in the exact way the client has asked. I am reliable and make sure to communicate clearly when a problem arises, or just to send pictures because I know you miss your pet. I love going for walks around my neighborhood and make sure to give plenty of cuddles! I am in online school full-time, so I can your pet my full attention during the day. I am very active during the day and am never in the same spot twice, so there will be lots of activity if your dog needs it. I live in a gated community and can accommodate crated dogs. I also do not mind your dog being on the furniture! I do not currently own a pets and I live in a smoke-free household.
