Keira did a great job dropping by to check in on my two cats. She went above and beyond the care instructions to get eyes on Max, who hides from strangers, and by turning on the fans when there was a early heat wave. I live in an older building that hadn't changed over to AC yet, and she made sure to let me know what was going on and the steps she took alleviate the heat the best she could. Thank you!
