Julia was an absolute lifesaver! She accepted an incredibly last-minute booking without hesitation. My dog Frankie gets a bit or of separation anxiety and sadness when we leave town, but Julia handled it with total patience, compassion and professionalism. Very clear to communicate everything going on with the pup. Without ever meeting the pup before she was extremely reliable when I left her with some instructions. She went above and beyond! I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such flexible and capable hands. Highly recommend!
Julia was so kind when my apartment locks her out she stayed with Randall until I could get there to let them in and also offered to take him to her home to watch him until I could get to them, luckily I was 10 minutes away at work and got to them quickly, but if it hadn’t been for her, my dog would’ve been locked out of his own
