Hi! My name is Yana, and my love for animals is what led me to join the Rover community. Caring for pets isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly enjoy, and honestly, it feels more like a fun hobby than a job. I’m currently a full-time student, which means I spend a lot of time at home studying and am able to give pets plenty of attention and care. I have a dog named Jack who gets along well with most dogs he meets and enjoys having company. I have extensive experience as a pet caregiver and grew up around dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and other farm animals. I also have specific experience caring for Siberian Huskies, so I understand their high energy levels and exercise needs. I always make sure each pet’s individual needs are met. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I’m happy to take dogs on walks, trips to the park, or even hikes—with your permission, of course. I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own and will keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can feel confident and at ease while they’re in my care.

Yana consistently does a wonderful job with our two shy kitties! She always spends plenty of time with them and gets them to warm up to her, is great with communication and sending photos, and keeps their food and litter areas neat and tidy. We have peace of mind knowing they are in caring and competent hands while we are away!

Yana is phenomenal! She always takes such great care of our boy. He is super comfortable with her and she is very detail oriented. I never worry about my pup when he is being taken care of by her! :)
Return customer, here! Yana does a great job walking my two senior pups. She balances their jeed to sniff everything (beagles) and also getting their steps in. She is also patient with my oldest dog, Kevin, who can be timid.
Yana was super reliable, a great dog walker and kept me well-informed.

Schedule
I am currently a full time student and most of the days have classes in the morning or afternoon 2-3 times a week. I update my schedule regularly but I am flexible and available for walks and drop in visits every week. Doggy day care and boarding will vary based on my class schedule.

I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am able to take your dogs on walks around the neighborhood on leash. We also have a small dog park in our apartment complex that I take my dog to. I am also able to crate your pet if needed.

I love going on regular walks with my dog and would be able to take your pups on walks or hikes with us if you would like.
