“Catherine is an amazing sitter. She took amazing care of all four of our furry family and was pleasant to visit and work with. Highly recommend and will use again.”

“I needed a dog sitter last minute. Thank goodness she was available. She treated my dog like he was her own. She kept me well updated with pics of him like she said she would. I have no complaints. In the future if I need her again this is who I will be reaching out to. I recommend Kelcey to anyone who needs a dog sitter.”

“A'Briana was extremely easy to schedule with especially for as short of notice we gave her to board our dog due to a last minute business trip. I appreciate her taking the time to ensure that our dog was a good fit to prevent any issues. She was extremely easy to get ahold of through text message and through the Rover app and was very responsive to our questions. We also received a few photos of our dog during the trip which set us at ease. I would board with her again and would recommend her to friends and family without question.”

“Alexis treats our girl like her own and we love her! She communicates daily and shares pictures of their adventures. We absolutely love Alexis, thank you for keeping our girl safe and happy!”

“Morgan and her family were amazing! They honestly went above and beyond with caring for Blue. She sent so much lovely photos and a couple of videos showing that he was having a really good time in their home with their dogs and kiddos. She even pointed out a few things that he can use some help on when we asked. If we ever needed to go out of town again Morgan would absolutely be the first person we asked. She clearly cares deeply for her dogs and her family and it translated really incredibly to how she cared for our boy.”

“Bandit was very taken care of & super happy ! even walked down the stairs for the first time lol & I received multiple pictures/videos throughout the day. 10/10, thank you !”

“Giovanni was amazing with my cat, T'Challa. She sent updates with photos. I was put at ease when I met her and felt good about her caring for T'Challa. When needed again, I will definitely rebook.”

About: I have had a love for animals my whole life. Starting in 2008, I got a certificate in Veterinary Assistant and worked in a clinic for about 3 years. Taking a break, I joined the Army, serving 3 years active duty, then dropping down to the Reserves, where I currently continue to serve totaling about 14 1/2 years so far. My husband is active duty Army as well. At our last duty station I started my degree for Veterinary Technician, which I continue to complete and also worked at Banfield for 2 1/2 years. I take my dog on walks almost daily. I currently am a stay at home mom, also an Army Reservist. Lots of time currently. I do plan on looking for a part time job in a veterinary clinic in the fall. I have one dog who is 9 and we have a good size backyard. My dog is currently kennel trained for when we are not home so I’m okay with kenneling your pet if needed.
“Michelle took such good care of my dog, Sissy! She gave updates and sent pictures every day while she had her. I felt so comfortable that she was taking good care of her. I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a trustworthy person to watch their dog!”

About: At our home, dogs are treated like family not just pets. We provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where every dog receives personalized attention, plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. We understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, so we take the time to learn their individual needs to help them feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of our daily routine and something we genuinely enjoy. Our schedule allows us to provide frequent potty breaks, regular walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day. We build our day around the dogs in our care to ensure they maintain a consistent routine that closely matches what they’re used to at home. We have 3 children who love dog we have 2 dogs ourselves. We have new clean home and shortly will be installing brand new fence for the dogs to run around on a acre of property
About: I have a 4 pound Yorkie and 40 pound blue heeler mix who loves to make new friends! Finding an overnight sitter that doesn’t break the bank, but you can also trust is hard, so that’s the service I want to provide! I work from home fully and take the dogs out at least every 2 hours! If your dog likes to run, we are also a big running family! I have a very flexible job and am fully remote. I start everyday with a walk and then am able to take the dogs out at least every 2 hours. Our bigger dog loves to fetch and play! We are close to a dog park! In my home, I have all carpeted areas fenced off, so dogs are allowed to roam around in the areas that are pet safe and they can’t do much damage!

About: I’ve been caring for pets for 17 years, starting at the age of 10, and my love for animals has only grown over time. I have experience with daily care routines, exercise, companionship, and basic pet needs. I understand pets are family. My goal is to provide peace of mind to pet owners while giving their pets the love, attention, and care they deserve. I’m patient, responsible, and committed to keeping pets happy, safe, and comfortable. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. This means frequent potty breaks, playtime, supervision, and plenty of attention, with pets able to move freely and feel comfortable all day long. I have a fenced in yard and 3 happy dogs who think they are human. Your pets are more than welcome to play with mine. However I can keep them separated if requested. If crates are necessary for your pets I can incorporate that as well. Whatever suite you and your pets needs!

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Birchwood
This being our first time using a dog sitter, it was awesome! Roy was very easy to work with. Communication was on point and he made it very easy for drop off and pick up as we had to tweak the times. He sent us pictures of Lilly while we were gone which was a plus. You can definitely tell he genuinely cares and treated our Lilly the same as we do.

I have been using Aaron for a long time. He has always been so good to my 3 dogs. Sometimes my dogs need meds and he has no problem helping out with that. He sits with them while they play outside or get some sun. He has an amazing relationship with my big goofy dogs and he is so easy to work with. Since Aaron has been watching my dogs I have not needed anyone else. He has always been able to accommodate the dates I need.

Caroline did an amazing job watching our boy over the holiday week. It was our first experience using Rover and first time leaving him with someone he did not know. Caroline sent us daily updates with pictures and video as well as how he was adjusting staying with her and her dogs. Highly recommend Caroline to watch your dog. We have a Golden Retriever and when we picked him up we can tell my boy had an amazing week of playtime with her family and fur babies. I’d definitely come back to her again. ❤️ My boy already misses his friends.

We used Heidi for this first time over the 4th of July and it went amazing! she took care of him like he was her own. Kept him on his schedule and sent constant updates on how he was doing. It allowed us to relax on our family trip knowing our fur family member was being well taken care of. We would absolutely use her again! Thank you Heidi!!

Jennifer was keeping Hendrix (working line German Shepherd) and Tika (Border Collie/Aussie Mix) for six days this time. Both dogs are active but have very different personalities. With Jennifer they are in the best hands and come home balanced and happy. Jennifer follows instructions, is flexible if needed and communicates very well. It takes a lot to make us feel comfortable leaving our pets with someone else. Knowing that Jennifer cares as much about our dogs as we do is important to us. Thank you from all of us for being our favorite Rover sitter!

Bethany accepted to care for Ginny on short notice just a few days before the Fourth of July weekend, and I truly appreciated her flexibility. Throughout Ginny's stay, Bethany was very responsive and kept me updated regularly. Every 3–4 hours, she shared messages about what they were doing, along with daily photos and videos that gave me peace of mind. She was incredibly patient with Ginny, spent time playing with her, and made sure she felt comfortable and happy. Whenever I reached out, Bethany responded promptly and was always attentive to my messages. Ginny had an amazing time playing with Bethany's dogs, swimming in the pool, and even enjoying the rain. It was clear that she was well cared for, loved, and having fun throughout her stay. I highly recommend Bethany to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. In my opinion, she is the best Rover sitter in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Giovanna is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had. She took wonderful care of my dog, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. My dog is very anxious, doesn’t like being left alone, and needs lots of love, patience, and affection. Giovanna gave him all the warmth and care he needed, making sure he felt safe and comfortable throughout his stay. I highly recommend Giovanna to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter. She truly loves animals, and you can see that caring for them is her passion ❤️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
